we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

Sathish & Zallina are both wonderful hosts & go every step of the way to make sure your stay is memorable. Their property is super close to the beach & around a lot of good restaurants & cafes which makes it a rare find! The cottage has plenty of books & toys to keep my toddler engaged. The hosts went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday & arranged a home-baked cake & decorations for her. Just goes to show how kind, attentive & generous hosts they are. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for a nice & quiet getaway with your family.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. A special mention to Eshwar - he was incredibly considerate and helpful throughout the stay. He genuinely felt more like a friend than a host, always ready to assist. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxed and hassle-free experience!

I am of less in words to describe the hospitality of the host and my love for this room. Being a new tourist, i was nervous to find a room, but this room just sits right, it felt right at home , everything was put in so much thought and love. The room looks better than it is shown in the picture. On top of that, the host is too kind, courteous and humble person, from the moment we arrived he made us feel like home, pre bought us all the accessories for kitchen and washroom so we can get time to get cozy and relax . Thank you so much for making our experience so much better! Anytime we visit goa again, we know we got our home there. ❤️ God bless!

Place is very nice.. feels like home. Host is really welcoming and all amenities are up to expectation.

We felt great at Cezar’s place. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed, and the garden offers a great view (it’s also full of birds and small squirrels). The location is top - 2 min walk from Curlies/Shiva Valley and some good restaurants. Communication with both Cezar and Amit, our caretaker, was seamless and Amit was there to help with anything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time at this property! The booking process was a breeze, and the host provided clear directions to the house, making our arrival a stress-free experience. The house itself was immaculate and perfectly situated for exploring nearby attractions. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials like milk, eggs, and bread, which was a lovely touch. The terrace area was the highlight – a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed about 3 weeks in this apartment and was very happy about my choice. It's quiet although it is in a very busy neighbourhood. The apartment itself is basic, but has everything you'll need. It also doesn't receive much sunlight for me this was not an issue. I would stay here again. The neighbours were all very nice as well.
