Welcome to your peaceful forest retreat in Southern Estonia. Surrounded by forests, this stylish Nordic-style cabin (33 m²) offers the perfect escape for those looking to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature. It has all the modern conveniences like - AC to cool down in summer, hot tub (at extra cost), even Bluetooth speaker. Sip your morning coffee on the private terrace, spend lazy afternoons in the hammock with a good book, or fall asleep to the sounds of the forest.

Cosy cabin on a wild meadow

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Elutoa suurest aknast avaneb elav pilt järvest ja loodusest, mis vaheldub iga päev, iga hetk.

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Väga mugav ja stiilselt sisustatud väike korter Tartu linnas. Korteris on kõik eluks vajalik olemas. Võimalus teha süüa nii pliidil, kui ka ahjus. Olemas külmkapp ja pesumasin. Soovi korral saab teha kaminasse tule. Korter asub vanas puitmajas kesklinnast jalutuskäigu kaugusel Karlova piirkonnas. Lähedal on olemas toidupood, baarid ja söögikohad. Samas majas on saadaval ka teine sarnane korter.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
