Simonton Lake House Near Notre Dame

Our Home is a lake house with beachy decor. Just steps out the back door to the lake. Very shallow near our property and sandy bottom. Great for kids. House has 2 stories with the upstairs having a separate entrance with its own living room and kitchen with all appliances. Downstairs has a game room with arcade (60+ games) and dart board. The screened porch has a wicker couch and chairs overlooking the lake. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Notre Dame, only a 25 minute drive.

Private Entrance Guest Suite on the River

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

The Serenity Suite

The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. The 3/4 bath boasts up to date accessories and soft, thirsty towels. Please check out our Whispering Pines listing for a more spacious area.
