The historic Lewis M. Fisher house has been recently salvaged and restored with a bit of modernization. This is the perfect venue for family gatherings, or even as a long term rental! We are centrally located between downtown Davenport and The Village, and across the street from The Renwick Mansion, with views of the Mississippi River Full home available! Includes 2 king bed suites, 4 full sized beds, pull out bed, futon, washer/dryer. Street parking. *No driveway, must be able to climb stairs*

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Aire Leclaire! Within walking distance from downtown and 2 blocks from American Pickers. This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a block away from the tugfest parade route. A barnyard turned farmhouse in the 1940’s, this home completely remodeled with the modern farm charm it has today. Accommodations include, a king bed in master, a queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa. Located across the river from LeClaire, Iowa and steps away from the Mississippi River Bicycle Trail. Cozy little house in a perfect location, pets ok!

Charming, quiet and comfortable house very near downtown Moline. Fully fenced backyard for your pooch! Two bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom and w/d. Reliable wi-fi, free cable and desk/workspace. All the comforts of home in a great location--less than a mile from Vibrant arena and downtown. Private parking, yard with patio and bbq/grill. There's also a dog park with an agility course right down the hill on 15th Street & 8th Avenue. If your furry friend is feline, cat(s) welcome too!

MCM on Parkwood Drive

Pristine Mid-Century home in cul de sac of 24 similar era homes. Great location close to Village of East Davenport, I-74, two bike trails, and within 20 minutes of everything in the Quad Cities! Clean and comfortable, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car attached garage, full kitchen and no steps anywhere! We do not "auto book" so please wait for us to confirmation, we may have a couple questions to ask. Pricing quoted for 4 guests, $25 per person for additional guests up to 6 total.

The property has a fun party room" w/TV, high top bar tables, sleeper sofa, kerug coffee maker, hot tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave & refridgerator. There is a comfortable living room with 2nd TV, 2 bedrooms w/queen beds & Victorian inspired bath w/clawfoot tub, shower & high tank toilet.

Hidden Gem In The Quad Cities

Space is the upstairs of a duplex. Self check-in. Safe and friendly neighborhood. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.

Amazing updated 2 bedroom home 2 bath.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. In the heart of Bettendorf. Close to interstates, shopping, Bettendorf Sports Complex, Village of East Davenport. Off street parking. Garage access if needed. Plenty of space two beds and bath on main level. Lower rec room has additional bath and sleeping accommodations. Quiet street. Fenced in back yard. Private deck. This house has everything for a short stay or long stay.

“Stay & Play” Unique Downtown 2 bedroom home

This special place is close to everything and located in the heart of downtown Moline, Illinois. Home is located blocks from the event stadium, the Tax Slayer center, local bars and restaurants. This home features many 80s & 90s arcade machines, also with mini putt-putt, dart board, a slot machine, dart guns, and classic board and card games. Large bedrooms and bathroom to keep you comfortable. Also has large updated kitchen for your cooking needs.
