Brandi's home is a real find. The beds were comfortable. The living room and dining room were tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals during my stay. The laundry facilities in the basement were also very handy. Also, having private parking next to the house was a big plus when checking in and out. The only thing that I would say needs to be noted is that although I had no trouble with it, the clawfoot bathtub may present a problem for anyone with mobility or balance issues. I enjoyed taking a couple of baths in it, so it was good for me.

We only live a few miles away, but needed a place to stay for one night while our home was being renovated. There are two things that make for a great stay for me - a shower with good water pressure, and a comfortable bed. This place has both! Plus, I was impressed with how quiet the neighborhood was. Would recommend this space to friends, too.

Emilie’s place was perfect! Everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was great, check-in was easy, and Emilie was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Renae was a great host for us, always being very responsive with clear instructions. Place was exactly as described and had everything we need.....and more! Place was close to so much to do within walking distance to enjoy the nice days we had, will stay there again when we visit. Also, had some of the nicest bath towels we had ever felt!

Second time staying for a work trip to the Quad Cities; great location and great property.

Easy on and off the highway. This is my second stay. This is a lovely, very homey unit. They even left me FRESH farm eggs. It's on a large piece of property and the deck offers amazing views of the cornfields. And the sunrise was beautiful. Very walk-able, safe location. Spic and span clean. Quiet.And these folks are just the nicest people....

the unit is absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited for a visit. Word to the wise though, there is not much in downtown. Wouldn't have been a problem but my luggage didn't make it until the next day which apparently happens a lot at Quad Cities according to everyone I talked to. Had to tip my Uber driver extra to stop at a gas station for toothbrush and toothpaste. Public transport and ride-sharing​ are pretty sparse as well so rent a car ahead of time if you need to get around. Hosts responded immediately. Super easy access with hosts clear instructions. recommend breakfast at the QC Coffee & Pancakes about a block away for a good breakfast after a rough flight.

The home was very nice, relaxing, comfortable and it looked just like the pictures. Everyone was very responsive and amazing when I needed to contact them. They were very accommodating for my later check in due to unforeseen circumstances happening. My family and I would love to stay here again next time.

We had a great time in Moline. We were in town for a collegiate cross country meet hosted by Augustana and Joe's place was convenient for us. His directions were spot on for navigating the one-way streets on the way in. The history of the building was interesting and we appreciated the effort to maintain the historic charm of the unit. We also visited the John Deere Pavilion and walked along the Mississippi River. If we're ever in the Quad Cities we will consider staying at this location again.

It was a great little weekend getaway - stress-free and beautiful little space that was ideal for our family of 3. We loved the thoughtfully carved out nooks for everything we needed - workspace for my teenage son and a bed for him, small but useful kitchen with everything we needed to cook our simple meals, table for 3 and cozy lounging area with a super comfy couch for watching movies or just relaxing. Thoughtful, chill and responsive host who laid out simple, clear-cut and logical rules, which were easy to follow and un-intrusive. Who wants to stress out about rules or coddling your host on vacation or work trip? Thanks so much, Brandi, for sharing your home with us!
