Sunrise Hill Villa

Luxury Villa in Side with private pool and 4 bedrooms just 350m from the beach. You cant get a villa with a much better location than this, just 7 minutes walk to the beach. This villa is situated on the Sunrise Hill complex ,which features two generously sized swimming pools and childs pool-however the villa has its own private pool to the front of the property when a little peace and tranquility is required.There is an on site shop and cafe .The development comprises of just 7 villas and 24 apartments. The villa comprises of ground floor : large open plan lounge/kitchen ,with washing machine,dishwasher ,fridge/freezer,oven and hob -TV and Dvd . The lounge opens via two patio doors onto the spacious terrace with views over the private pool. Twin bedroom and ground floor shower room On the upper floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom -two further bedrooms (one twin and one double and family bathroom.All bedrooms have balconies. Just 20 minutes walk to Side Old town --frequent Dolmus service from the main road approx 3 minute walk from the development.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus 2 Villen,welche ausschließlich zusammen angemietet werden können.Ein großer Pool (5,5mx12,5m)steht für die alleinige Nutzung dieser beiden Villen zu Verfügung.Die Villen bieten Luxus und Erholung in abgeschirmter und privater Atmosphäre.Der große Garten400m2 Fitnessraum SAUNA(sesonal) JAKUZİ eine voll ausgestattete Küche runden das ganze ab.Selbstverständlich stehen auch WLAN und freie Parkplätze zu Verfügung.Meine Unterkunft eignet sich gut Familien und große Gruppen.

Kaliteli eşyalarla döşenmiş konaklama yerinde ailece dinlenebilirsiniz. 100 mbps sınırsız internet vardır .Havuzu müstakil olup üstünü tente ile kapatma imkanı vardır. Havuz bakımı sürekli yapılmaktadır. Havuz başında solar duş vardır.Terasta Weber marka mangal vardır . Havuz başındaki teras, batı cephe olup sabah kahvaltısı için güneşin etkisi olmadan harika bir ortam sağlar . Tüm odalarda klima mevcuttur. KIŞ KONAKLAMALARI İÇİN YERDEN ISITMA VARDIR.

If you wish, you can rent our villa monthly or for more months. We have an arrival and departure transfer service from the airport. Our villa is 3 minutes from Belek center, 10 minutes from The Land Of Legends, 30 minutes from the Airport and Antalya center by car. Market etc. 400mt walking distance to places. Sound insulation has been made to the inner wall of your villa. You dont pay anything for water and electricity . Full include in price

İn Kaş/Kalkan Villa for rent 3 beds 5 persons

English ; Our rental villa is a 2 bedroom, 5 person holiday villa located in Kalkan Ulugöl. Our villa with a shallow pool has a shallow pool that will appeal to our guests with children. Our detached villa is close to the center and easy to reach by car. Since the garden area of our conservative villa is designed to be invisible from the outside, you can spend time with peace of mind.
