Our Walker's Point house is recently renovated, nearly everything is new. Relax in this stylish space which includes a private backyard, w/rear & front decks. Located next to cafes and some of Milwaukee's best restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Summerfest grounds. We are minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, bike trails and the pedal taverns are just a block away from the house. Included are 2 off street parking spaces directly across from unit. We’ve just added a new hot tub!

Cartoon Living

One bedroom lower of duplex in residential neighborhood. Bright and cheery atmosphere, I keep a lot of my things here, but there is also plenty of room for yours. TV in living room with netflix, fast wi-fi shared with upper unit. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Air conditioning is window unit in bedroom only. We allow children and pets but unit is not child proofed or pet proofed and there is no available baby equipment. Pets are limited to 1-2 well behaved animals.

Private East Side Milwaukee flat with fenced yard

Enjoy the best that the East Side and downtown have to offer in this second floor standalone home on the Oak Leaf Trail with no shared walls, private fenced-in yard with spacious deck and patio, and private parking lot. This historic cream city brick building was constructed in 1897 and completely renovated in 2017 with custom features throughout. Three minutes from Atwater Beach. Ten minutes or less to Bradford Beach, museums, and Summer Fest. Fifteen minutes or less to Fiserv Forum, Panther Arena, and American Family Field.

The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils you will need during your time here.

Total 4 beds - 2 Queen, 1 twin, 1 full Floor 3 is a private, peaceful, comfortable suite. Newly tiled bathroom and renovations throughout. Comfortably Sleeps 6 beds (2 queen, 1 double, 1 twin. There is 1 full bathroom. I have a cat that goes in the lower level stairway to access their restroom in the basement. But they do not go in the 3-floor unit. I also have 2 lovely dogs you may see when coming in.
