At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

Children’s enclosed garden Sky TV, high chair, travel cot, toys available. We live very close and have a drying room you can use. Milk, eggs, bread, butter, tea, coffee, orange juice on arrival Well placed for York, Beverley and the coast. Renovated hard tennis court next door which guests are welcome to use. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
