Aakarshan Homes, a very beautiful and approachable home in the hills cared with spotless rooms with clean bedding and hygienic bathrooms with all the necessary amenities, lovely balconies with picturesque views and food home delivered from the restaurants serving local Himachal cuisine. At the outset, Host Gaurav was extremely helpful, made swift response to our reservation request and made an extra effort to make us feel at home. It is also helpful to mention that this place is at a walkable distance from The Mall Road and convenient for all the local attractions. We were completely recharged with this lovely staycation and would definitely come back to Aakarshan Homes. Strongly recommended for big groups with as many as 8 guests. We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was well laid out and spacious. The balconies are protected from the inquisitive monkeys and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. Gokul’s cooking is fabulous. The location on AirBnB is very inaccurate. Although we were happy with where the apartment was, it is no where near where shown. It is a very steep walk from Mall Road but okay … we are both in our 60s and managed it.

It was a nice stay. Will join the same place on the next trip as well. Perfect location and view from the property. Host was highly co-operative.

We had a very comfortable stay at Rajesh Sir's place for our short trip to Shimla. The property is beautiful, cosy, nestled in a peaceful space away from the hustle bustle and yet at a comfortable distance to reach all the tourist places. The view from the place is a treat to the eyes. The property is neat and well maintained. Rajesh sir is a great host, prompt and responsive, helpful in all regards of the trip, be it sightseeing, travel or food recommendations. He makes sure his guests feel at ease. Thanks to him and Hemant for making our short stay super comfortable!

We had a great stay at Deepak’s place in shimla. The property is well-built with peaceful surroundings. Deepak as host is extremely welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. He guided us all through the way before check-in, provided suggestions on places to visit in and around shimla and also provided good home-cooked food. He is very nice host and made our stay a memorable one. Property is clean and spacious for 4 people with nice view of the valley as well. Also, there is sitting area at the terrace. There is parking space as well.

Gaurav and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable—from tracking our location for a smooth arrival to helping us load our bags on departure. The property is tucked away in a beautiful, private location with every amenity thoughtfully provided. We were a group of 10, including small children, and each of us was looked after with genuine care and attention. Every room is spacious, uniquely named after a flower, and beautifully maintained. The food was exceptional, and the patio offers a breathtaking view. Plus, the location is just 10–15 minutes from Mall Road, making conveniently close to the main attractions. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene, well-serviced getaway. A big thank you to the entire team!

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was impeccably clean and perfectly equipped for the chilly Shimla weather. We were particularly grateful for the ample heaters and blowers provided, which kept us cozy and comfortable throughout our stay. Suresh, the caretaker, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. The parking situation was a bit tricky due to the narrow road and on road parking but Suresh expertly guided us and made the process much easier. His assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. One small suggestion would be to consider providing basic necessities like salt, sugar, tea, and coffee. It can be difficult to purchase these items in small quantities, especially for short stays. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness, excellent amenities, and the exceptional service provided by Suresh. We would definitely visit again!

Truly Serene Escape – Perfect for Peace and Quiet I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the tranquility it offered. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the stress melt away. Nestled in a quiet location away from the bustle of city life, the surroundings were calm and peaceful—exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were beautifully maintained and exceptionally quiet, with no noise from neighboring guests or outside traffic.

The place was exactly as per the pictures. Well kept and clean. Parking was sufficient. Kitchen was neat with appropriate utensils.

It was a great stay for me and my family. Plenty of blankets to keep warm during the extreme cold. Ajeet was extremely helpful. Food was as great as well. Overall enjoyed the stay and beautiful views from the house.

Its a great place, easy to access, great views.. clean floors and bedsheets. However, I believe the previous guests forgot some food in a bag that was left in one of the kitchens cabinet and was not removed, therefore some bad odors occurred. Other than that., comfortable stay and the host was very responsive

If you are planning a trip to Shimla then this place should definitely be on your shortlist. The place is exactly how it's described in the photos. Spacious 3BHK flat with beautiful view of the mountains. However one thing to note that since the flat is located on the ground floor as usually what happens on the hills, you will be parking your vehicle higher up therefore you will have to use stairs while reaching the flat. This can be a small issue for elderly people in the family. Other then that, this is a fantastic property and I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning for vacation in Shimla.

I would definitely recommend this place for friends groups and families as well. I visited with my family, including my kid. It was so comfortable and nice staying on their flat. Every grocery item will be available in the shop within the premises. Didn’t find any discomforting factor on staying there.. Nice and cool place to stay. We had such a lovely stay at Ritu’s Airbnb in Shimla. The place is tucked away in a peaceful location, away from the noise of the main city, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking—you can sit for hours just soaking it all in. If you're looking for a quiet, scenic, and homely stay in Shimla, this is definitely the place to be. Would love to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The house was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos — really comfortable and peaceful. Great location too, everything was easy and convenient. A big shoutout to Pooja, the housekeeper — she was so sweet and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect for us. Really appreciated her kindness and care! Also, thanks to Vikramjit for being such a great host! He always replied super fast and was really helpful from start to finish, which made everything so easy. Our stay at Jimmy's Homes was amazing—it felt like a secure, luxury apartment in the hills. Each room had a beautiful balcony view, and the apartment was ready before we arrived. It was well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, water purifier, and heater, and the showers were especially relaxing. The living room was cozy, with a cute study table. Mrs. Poonam, the caretaker, cooked us breakfast, which was a lovely convenience. You can bring groceries or buy them from the complex store, but it opens at 10 AM, so carrying snacks or essentials is recommended since food delivery isn’t available after midnight. The password-protected lock was great, though a safe in the master bedroom would have been helpful. We noticed occasional static shocks, possibly due to a grounding issue, but it was minor. The house was well-lit, airy, and 10 km from Mall Road—peaceful yet accessible. We had a fantastic stay and sincerely thank Anuj and Mrs. Poonam for making it special!
