2 Bed Holiday Apartment with spectacular sea views

This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).

You'll hear the steam train whistle before it sets off & are just a hop, skip & a jump from town and the beach. We’ve done some painting and decorating over winter, added a new tiled floor in the bathroom & changed the sofas so hope you’ll love it.

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENTS IN MARCH - BACK WITH A FRESH BATHROOM AND NEW WINDOW IN APRIL! Rinkydinks is a small but beautiful converted garden building where kookiness rules! It houses two people (in a double bed). There are tea/coffee facilities, fridge, hairdryer, Internet access. There is a private hot tub for your sole use. Free parking can usually be found on the street. Rinkydinks is just two streets from the sea. Come and stay, for summer bubbles or winter snuggles.

The flat is part of a converted Victorian town house, recently renovated. There is off-street parking and outside space for BBQs and drinks. With a spacious kitchen diner, bathroom, master bedroom and a cosy living room on the ground floor and second bedroom upstairs.
