Three Meadows Farm, outdoor views, great location

As you approach the driveway on the private lane, you'll be welcomed by beautiful meadows and rolling hills. Set on 10 acres in a shaded, forest of mature trees it's comfortable year round. There are beautiful mountain views from several locations on the property. It's peaceful and quiet here most of the time. We're conveniently located just minutes from Flint Hill, not much farther to Washington VA, Sperryville and Front Royal. It's a two bedroom/one bathroom apartment above a detached garage.

Carriage House private, 10 min to Shen. Nat'l Park

(NOT 40 min. from park as the Airbnb tag states--it's 10 min. from the park entrance.) Private, well-appointed studio apartment. On same small farm property as main house, but separated with private entrance. Queen bed. View of the Massanutten Mountain range, grazing sheep, and beautiful sunsets. Centrally located just outside Elkton--@10 minutes to Shenandoah National Park; 5 minutes to Massanutten Resort. Local restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, and town parks nearby. No smoking or pets.

Peaceful Oak Cottage

This peaceful cottage has a rustic, yet modern feel to it. It is set on the edge of a wooded area with plenty of wildlife to enjoy, near Massanutten Resort. Enjoy the ambiance of the small electric fireplace, well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, or the front porch swing. The bathroom features an old-fashioned claw foot tub, fitted with a shower head. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider and a basket of snacks with your stay. Just 5 min away from Old Rag trailhead in Shenandoah National Park and merely minutes from wineries/breweries. Our guest house is close to White Oak Canyon, Skyline Drive, Three Blacksmiths, Washington, and Luray Caverns! Little House on Strother Run

Nestled between Mount Tom and Double Top Mountain and at the edge of the Shenandoah National Forest, Little House is the perfect starting out and ending point for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Appalachian Mountains. Little House is located at the edge of our 7 acre property. You'll enjoy the bucolic atmosphere of our farmette which includes use of our shared sitting area on Strother Run. The sitting area is shared with the main house which is rented or used by our family periodically.

Come get away to our cozy guest cabin, just 10 mins from Shenandoah National Park and a 5 min walk to the Shenandoah River! Perfect for a peaceful stay in a gorgeous natural setting. High ceilings, open concept, wood panelling and a private enclosed patio. Close to vineyards, breweries and outdoor attractions. (Please note, there isn't a full kitchen) If you have more than 3 guests, please let us know. We have a second cabin on the property that we can offer as an additional space.

This is the perfect place to return after a day of exploring or simply spend the day relaxing.

Enjoy the solace and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with modern and local comforts. Retreat and explore on this old 100acre farm- via foot- or float on the tiny pond in a kayak or SUP. Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Summer kitchen guesthouse at Caledonia Farm 1812

Summer kitchen guesthouse built of stone in 1812 and located on a 115 acre free-range cattle farm on the National Register of Historic Places. The first floor is a living room with the original cooking fireplace and a kitchenette. Upstairs is a loft bedroom and bath. Housekeeping is provided on Monday and Friday mornings. Enjoy the peace and quiet, dark skies, scenic views, adventure, and culinary excellence of Rappahannock County.

Nestled in the scenic Hebron Valley, this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is the perfect getaway from busy, city life. The cottage offers panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, including Old Rag and is located near several wineries, breweries, restaurants, antique shops, hiking trails and historic sites. The cottage is 3 miles from the town of Madison and is convenient to Charlottesville, Culpeper and Orange.
