We had a lovely stay with Shira who was very responsive to questions and anything that arose. The property was clean with everything that we needed. The property is in a lovely setting behind the canal and within walking distance to the local town. Shira also gave us some ideas of things to do in the local area. A great host.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jonathan’s place. Ideal neighborhood, which led to some incredible evening walks along the river. Food / coffee nearby is incredible. Everything is well within walking distance. The flat is very private, felt right at home without much disturbance. Jonathan accurate an early check in for me, which was so amazing considering I’d just got in from a very long journey. He was also responsive and empathetic to a unique issue that accured on the first night, so rest assured he will take care of you should anything go wrong! There is an elevator that gets you right up to the third level, super easy to navigate. The shower is wonderful. My only critiquing would be to do with slow WiFi (I was in town for business, so this annoyed me a bit when I needed it) and the main bed could do with more pillows to make it more comfy (totally a personal preference) but all this to say, I’d happily stay again and overall, I’d 100% recommend to anyone considering. Such a lovely property in a beautiful location. Tom provided lots of information on the surrounding area, including ideas for pubs and restaurants. Property was immaculate and better than we could have imagined. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at the Old Brewery. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. It looked just like the pictures and perfectly matched the description. It was the perfect base to explore the Calder Valley, we walked along the canal towpath into Hebden Bridge and caught the bus back, so handy as the bus stopped right outside the property. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

This air bnb is a Gem. We've already booked to come back! Suzanne and Ian are such kind and thoughtful hosts. The flat is so peaceful, clean, warm and comfortable, with lovely views of the garden - it has everything you need. The welcome hamper, milk and eggs are such a lovely welcome touch. The train station, bus stops, lovely walks, pubs, a cafe, and co-op mini supermarket are just a few mins walk away. This is a special find and we can't wait to come back!

Absolutely magical stay! Sarah’s Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The private lake was serene and perfect for morning coffees and evening strolls, and the hot tub under the stars was the ultimate way to unwind. The scenery is absolutely stunning—pictures don’t do it justice. And we can’t forget Wilson the cat, who made us feel truly at home with his cheeky little visits (and his “presents”)! Every detail was thoughtful, and Sarah was a fantastic host. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely weekend celebrating my husbands 65th birthday with the family. Darren was very helpful and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Dalemore cottage. It’s a beautiful cottage with picturesque surroundings. Pru was very responsive. There was a welcome basket and the bread baked by Pru was delicious. We used the fill your fridge service and all items were ready when we arrived. We also ordered scones which were so fresh and tasty. Pru was also thoughtful about my husband’s nut allergy Thank you Pru for making it a memorable stay for us and our friends.

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The property is in a great location, very well kept with all basic amenities. Gemma was especially helpful and accommodating after I mistakenly lost the keys to the cottage. Thank you for all the help and the great stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful home with stunning views. All the home comforts you would need. The beds were super comfy - that comfy we ordered the same mattress for home! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bedrooms. The location was ideal, we took the kids to Gulliver’s Kingdom and Heights of Abraham. Only 5 mins away. Cromford is also beautiful. We definitely hope to stay again - thank you for having us!

We had a great stay at Kingfisher Cottage whilst visiting family. Matt was very responsive and helpful and provided several local recommendations. The location of the cottage next to the river is perfect for a peaceful drink in the evening and our 4 year old enjoyed paddling and watching the cows. What a wonderful place to stay. Georgie was a super host,full of information for you from start to finish. Great and easy to communicate with. House full of extras for you to use if required. If you forget something ,don't worry Georgie will probably have it. Beds were comfy,lovely decor throughout. Exceptionally clean. Lovely spot by the canal,with lovely walks either way. parking was easy in a nice quiet street. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Georgies house. Thank you Georgie for your hospitality. Defiantly would stay again.

On arrival Kate greeted us at the front of mill house to the smell of home made scones. Plenty of easy free parking. Kate showed us around the house and made us feel welcome. She had left fresh milk, bread, crisps, biscuits and jam and cream to go with the still warm scones. Day one we sat in the gorgeous garden overlooking the stream with the ducks and ducking in the stream. Day 2 went on an Easter trail to a local heritage place, day 3 drove to Lincoln which was beautiful at the top of the hill in the cathedral quarter bit of a party town at the bottom but worth a visit. In the evening we visited Bella vita the Italian restaurant opposite which was lovely food. Day 4 and day to come home could have stayed longer and a visit to major oak at Sherwood Forest. Kate was amazing and replied to messages swiftly about places to go etc. our granddaughter loved a visit to Kate's beautiful garden a play on her swing. The house was immaculate and cosy, and the beds were so comfy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this flat! The rooms were comfortable, the location was beyond ideal! Such a quick walk from the rail station and so close to all the spots in city centre we needed to get to. There was a small issue of a really strong odor coming from the refrigerator when we checked in but it didn’t impact our food at all that we stored in there. I also have to say the amenities in the kitchen were beyond incredible! Pots, pans, spatulas, knives, cutting boards, literally everything we needed for cooking meals was available! A really lovely stay, and I would more than definitely book again!

Great apartment in a good location for central Glossop, just minutes walk from the centre, but away from the busy high street. Overlooking a stream, comfortable and we’ll equipped with parking place.

Great stay, great location, Tesco right next to the building was really good. Very clean, dryer doesn’t dry very good but apart from that, no complaints 👌

I had a pleasant night at Thomas place . It was very quiet and very clean.

I can not recommend this place enough. It was spotless. It had everything you can possibly think of and need such as extra towls, cushions and iron . All three of the guest that stayed including myself did not stop talking about how we had the best night sleep. Syed was amazing! he was always there on hand happy to answer any questions and made sure we were all happy. We definitely will be booking again! The location was also amazing! plenty of parking available.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Machine Room. A huge single room on two levels housed the kitchen, dining room, lounge and bedroom. We loved this layout. Extremely comfortable with everything you might need. Nice welcome basket too. Great modern bathroom with a large walk-in monsoon shower. The place has been recently reonovated/converted and has been done to a very high standard and kept many of the property's features from its industrial past. It's location is amazing. Literally above a stream in the valley with two or three small waterfalls. Stunning.
