Set in it's own beautiful garden with an open aspect over fields, this area is wonderful for walking and cycling and with easy access to the Lakes District. Dark skies are a notable feature.

It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. Recently refurbished first floor serviced apartment comprising of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. Full kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs. A baby gate is provided which can be used to limit access to areas of the apartment, but guests with small children should consider this when booking. Situated on the coast to coast route, Shap has many amenities and is a fantastic base to explore the lakes.

The village has a pub & a small shop. A 5 minute drive from the historic market town of Penrith which has a selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & amenities. Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).
