Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our historic cabin where the old meets the new! This 90 year old cabin was originally built as a summer cabin to house lake workers. It has been revamped with a modern twist inspired by wildflowers. The cabin is just south of Grand Lake. It is extremely easy to access year-round via car, has great views of Rocky Mountain National Park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Welcome to our lodge, located on the esteemed Lakeside Drive! If you are looking for the best lake views AND mountain views in town, you have come to the right place! This log beauty is perched roughly 30 feet above Shadow Mountain Lake, and boasts not only panoramic views of the lake, but also postcard perfect views of famous "Baldy Peak" from every lakeside window! Please note, after booking this cabin will be referred to as the "5BR/3BA Lakeside Cabin" in email prompts you receive.

Roomy Grand Lake mountain retreat 4 BD on 4 acres

Spacious mountain retreat 1,000 feet from one of three lakes, 1.5 miles from town, and 5 minutes from RMNP. House is on a bench overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake on 4 wooded acres and has lots of space for larger groups. Relax on the porch, gaze into a campfire, play horse shoes, or hang in a hammock among the pine trees. Great views, comfortable living and easy access. Winter access to endless snowmobiling and prime skiing: Winter Park (45 minutes) and Granby Ranch (15 minutes).

Classic Colorado A-frame on the creek

This charming A frame is so cozy! The living room, dining space and kitchen greet you right as you walk in. The house has a wonderful layout for families, with bathrooms on the main level and the walk out basement, and two living areas. There are large decks off the front and back of the house, adirondacks and picnic table allow taking in the gorgeous view and listening to the seasonal creek very comfortable. Two parking spaces and snowmobiles can be parked right off the road.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.
