Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago. Appartement spacieux, centre historique (Sta Cruz)

Situé sur la Place Doña Elvira, en plein centre de Séville (barrio Santa Cruz), l’appartement est au premier étage, lumineux et dispose de larges fenêtres donnant sur la Place. L’appartement a été récemment refait à neuf et mixe modernité et charme d’antan ; les matériaux de construction utilisés pour sa réfection sont d’époque et respectent son caractère d’origine. Spacieux (140m2), il compte un triple salon incluant une cuisine sur équipée, trois grandes chambres et deux salles de bain.

Céntrico, reformado, luminoso. Aire acondicionado

Apartamento luminoso, cómodo, reformado y con una terraza que invita al descanso. Ubicación privilegiada junto a la Puerta de Carmona, una de las puertas de entrada al antiguo recinto amurallado de la ciudad. Ideal para visitar a pie los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad, a 15 minutos andando de La Catedral, La Giralda, Los Reales Alcázares o el Barrio de Santa Cruz. A 20 min de la Plaza de España y a 13 minutos de Santa Justa. Wifi y A/A frío/calor en cada habitación.

Dúplex con encanto en el barrio de Santa Cruz .

Magnífico dúplex en planta baja situada en el barrio de Santa Cruz, en un entorno inigualable y a cuatro minutos andando de la Giralda. Tres dormitorios, dos cuartos de baño y cocina equipada. Tiene todo lo necesario para hacer de la visita a Sevilla, una experiencia inolvidable. Su localización en un barrio histórico con calles estrechas hace que haya poca luz y humedad en el ambiente . Es algo normal si tenemos en cuenta que está asentado en un barrio construido en la Edad Media .
