We enjoyed this unit very much! It was exactly as described. They had several mentions of the small water heater, but we never ran out of hot water with it being only two people. Very close to everything!!! We enjoyed that they had cable! Not many AirBNBs we have rented previously have had that. That was a big plus with my husband!

The host was very proactive and responsive. The room was exactly as pictured! The location is very peaceful and quiet! We had a great stay!

Linda’s place was exactly what we needed. Perfect for walking downtown but also a quiet spot for resting and enjoy our evening. Very clean and comfortable!

This place is great! The condo matched all the pictures and descriptions. It's in a safe area with plenty of parking. It was so much nicer than staying at a motel or hotel on the Expressway in downtown Gatlinburg. The price was cheaper and it felt more like a home than a hotel room. Being on the first floor near the parking lot made it very easy to load and unload the car. You can easily walk to a lot of the restaurants and attractions. The walk to the middle of Gatlinburg is managable, but if you are going to the south end of town, I suggest going early and find free parking along River Rd. While Gatlinburg is commercialized, it feels more like a town in the Smoky Mountains than Pigeon Forge. It's location also puts you closer to all the adventures in the Smokies. We would definitely stay here again!!

Jadina, Is an absolute awesome host she responds quickly. She’s very helpful with recommendations. The house is beautifully decorated. Open floorplan. Makes you feel right at home. We like it so much we will be returning in September and this will be our third time staying in one of her homes. Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family.

From booking to final check out Amy was always available and had every detail covered! This beautiful Victorian home has been brought back to life with impressive restoration. The combination of modern and antique style throughout the home is welcoming and refreshing while keeping the integrity of the home’s history. We had a wonderful girls weekend celebrating my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Thank you Amy for sharing this wonderful home with our community and beyond!

You know how you've look at about 100 places by now? You can stop. Pick this one. It's clean and spacious. The game room is perfect for icky weather or late nights. The hottub is great (well the whole deck is really). It's located right off the parkway. The neighborhood is quiet. It also is not hard to get to. (We've gotten stuck in a cabin driveway before because of the terrain this one is actually accessible for all vehicles). If we come back we'd stay here again.

The road getting to the property is only about 10 mins from the Parkway. It did lack appeal, but the property drive and parking area was all good. It is a tight fit to pull up and unload your vehicle because no other car can fit through. We quickly unpacked and then backed out to the front entrance parking space. There is no assigned area for your dog to use the bathroom and the hillside this unit is on, makes things difficult. We hoped not to slip and slide while finding some grassy areas by the front parking pads to walk our dog. There is no place to let your dog run. The unit was very nice, very clean, very modern. Many little extras where waiting on us, so that was nice. The front door key pad relocks everytime you go in and out, so do not forget the door code or your phone inside or you could have a real problem. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was peaceful and quiet.

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

Great location! Loved that there was a keurig with a variety of k cup flavor offerings :) clean space. Had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower which was a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again for sure!

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Ideal location! Jeff's place is on a tranquil road surrounded by nature, cows and horses and yet only minutes from all the attractions. it was so nice to be able to come back to peace and quiet after a full day of public stimulation. Jeff's place was so clean, comfy and fully equippedwith everything you could need. We had plenty of space inside and outside for our family of 8. Jeff opened the lines of communication from the moment of booking and remained super responsive and supportive until the time we checked out. Highly recommend his place and look forward to our next stay!

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Fern’s place. Very clean & suitable for 2 people. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Suite serenity is beautiful! This is our second time staying here and it’s so close to downtown Gatlinburg. It is walking distance to everything which we love and made us come back. We will most definitely be staying here for a third time!

Super close to all the main attractions in the area! Very well equipped and while in a condo complex, it’s quiet and feels private once you’re inside the unit. Nice little thoughtful touches all over and very responsive host. Very comfortable spaces and rooms for all.

Leslie’s place was exactly as described and identical to the pictures in the listing. We booked kind of last minute and found this listing because of the proximity of how close it was to many places and that we could just park once we got to Gatlinburg and walk if we wanted, or had the option to drive out further and know we had ease of parking once getting back in for the night. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed the first weekend in May. Lovely condo with great views. The drive up was easy, as long as we took it slow. We had 4 adults in our group. Plenty of seating in the living room. Quiet area away from the busy downtown streets.

stunning little condo nestled high in the Smoky mountains. my daughter and I stayed here for our spring break vacation and we both loved it. it was exactly what I was looking for, for our trip away. the condo is on the small side but it was the perfect amount of space for us. make note that this is way up on the mountain. I was a little nervous about the drive but it's what I wanted for our stay. after the first initial drive up and down, I was good with the steep and curvy roads. make sure your ok with that too!! trust me- the view is WORTH every penny!!! a cup of coffee and a smoky mountain sunrise goes a long way for the soul. condo was relatively clean. many towels for use and small packages of essentials if needed (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc) pillows were a little hard and I wished for a few more blankets but honestly those are all personal preferences which should be accomadated by the renter if they need something specific. location was wonderful. views....chefs kiss.
