Welcome to our cabin on Lake Michigan. Our cabin sits near the end of a dead end road and is very peaceful and quiet. At the end of the road is a historic county park. The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and has all the amenities of home! Relax on the deck, take the kayaks for a spin, enjoy a fire indoors or out, or ride our bikes. Play games late into the night. Our cottage is situated on the “quiet side” of Door County on the meandering Glidden drive along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The cottage is perched upon a small hill and surrounded by pine trees in a relaxed country setting. Guests have dedicated access to Lake Michigan right across the street. The sand beach provides for an excellent location for kayaking, sunbathing, swimming, and walks. Glidden Cottage is only five miles from Sturgeon Bay.

Our two bedroom lakeside cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, just on the edge of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Explore one of the nearby Lake Michigan beaches or trails, or enjoy our lakeside cabin in the evenings. Feeling social? Beulah and Empire are 15 minutes from the cottage, while Frankfort and Glen Arbor are about 20 minutes away. There are several great restaurants, and breweries nearby.
