This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

First of all, thank you to Nur and her team (Pak Yandi and all). Very accommodating and very welcoming. A hallmark of Indonesian hospitality. This house is the place for a big group. However, you need a driver to get here. Not advisable to find your own way. The house and pool is well maintained. Definitely a recommend place. Love.

had a slight inconvenience when following the map to find the location. but when we arrived the place was worth it, very comfy and clean for family stay, close to the center of BSD. will recommend it to my friends!

We really enjoyed staying at this house – it’s comfy and peaceful. It’s close to lots of places, and the host was super helpful. The Smart TV was great for chilling with the kids inside. AC was nice and cold, the place had everything we needed, and it was clean and well taken care of. Thanks a lot, awesome stay!

Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

Apartmen yg sgt bagus dekat dgn mall TA CP Neo Soho bisa berjalan kaki. Gen tuan rumah yg sangat responsif. Proses check in sangat mudah. Unit apartemen sesuai deskripsi dan foto. Bersih nyaman dan harga bersahabat. Fasilitas lengkap. Peralatan makan dan memasak semua ada. Bath and body wash semua ada. Setrika ada semua lengkap. Bisa utk 4 dewasa. Tentu kami akan kembali jika ke ke jkt lg.

Nowys place was so nice, we ended up staying extra time in Jakarta! We are on a long trip and it was so nice to have the little things provided - water, toiletries and children's toys and books for the little ones to play with. Also the shower is so good! Handy to be close to the mall - you can access via the 3rd floor (through the adjacent tower).

Situer dans un environnement d’une tour à condo, ayant au pied des mégas centres d’achat. La ligne d’autobus est à quelques minutes à pied. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, avec une vue imprenable de la ville de Jakarta. Toutes le personnel autour du bâtiment était d’une amabilité agréable. Nous recommandons ce condo.

it was a very nice stay.. Kami sekeluarga berlima menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam. Fasilitasnya lengkap, terutama ada mesin cuci karena tidak banyak apt menyediakan mesin cuci, jadi untuk anak-anak yang pagi sore berenang, tidak ada masalah karena bajunya bisa langsung dicuci dan dijemur kering. Perlengkapan dapur juga lengkap, sangat memudahkan untuk membuat light meals. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan ke mana -mana (BXC, fresh market dll). Sedikit tips: untuk check in jika membawa banyak barang, bisa membawa barang dari lantai loading dock di atas B1.

untuk yang ke sekian kali kami menginap di apartemen milik Christian, lokasinya dekat dengan 3 mall besar di Jakarta Barat, Central Park, Neo Soho dan mall Taman Anggrek, ada akses langsung ke mall Central Park melalui East Tunnel, ada mini market yang buka 24 jam di area kolam renang. Semoga bisa kembali lagi.

Had a pleasant stay—Dennis was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the gas stove and TV, but he made sure everything was fixed promptly. The air conditioning works well, and the location is super convenient, right next to Green Sedayu Mall. Do note that around 5 AM, you might hear prayers from a loudspeaker, which is quite common in Indonesia.

Super nyaman, bersih, best lah buat stay daerah bintaro. Pilihan pertama kalo balik daerah bintaro lagi sih ini.. Makasih banyak Bu Rahayu 🙏🏻

The apartment looks exactly the same as in the picture! Unit nya bersih & wangi nya enak, begitupun kamar mandinya (bersih & wangi) water heater menyala dengan baik, tidak tiba2 dingin ketika dipakai bbrp menit. Ada netflix nya bisa smbil drakor-an, AC nya dingin suka banget! Hanya saja kamarnya bersebrangan dengan jalan & tidak kedap, jadi mobil halu lalang terdengar sepanjang malam. Tapi aku pasti bakal kembali menginap lagi disini. Recommended!
