Hanover Haven 3 BR/2 Bath

Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Spend time by the pond and cast a line for a simple, relaxing escape (fishing poles not provided). Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Keowee Key Luxury Condo - Stunning Views!

Freshly renovated condo at the sought after Tall Ship condos in Keowee Key. This is hands down the best unit the complex has to offer with amazing views. Enjoy grilling out on the patio overlooking the marina, walking on the trail, or relax in the pool which is only a short walk away. This is truly a paradise. Guest boat slip is available at the marina for boats or jet skis. Slip is $50 per day. Recommended to book one month in advance.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.

Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
