Logement très propre et pratique . Nous avons loué ce logement pour 9’personnes pour une nuit . Je n’ai rien à redire , mis à part qu’il manque de place de stationnement . Je recommande .

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et paisible, niché dans une résidence plutôt familiale, un joyau ou le repos règne aux portes de paris et à quelques minutes à pied du canal de l’ourcq. L’hôte est bienveillant, et réactif, très bon rapport qualité/prix avec une belle terrasse ! Je recommande

J’ai passé une semaine très agréable chez Dominique. Il y a vraiment une âme dans ce petit loft et l’on s’y sent vraiment bien. Presque comme chez nous. Mais le plus de cette location, c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse de Dominique et de son amie Laurence. Dominique était absente pendant mon séjour, mais elle a su faire preuve d’une grande attention et a été très souple sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ ou quand mon fils est resté plus longtemps que prévu. Laurence m’a très bien accueilli et n’a pas hésité à se déplacer un dimanche matin pour me donner son trousseau de clé alors que j’avais laissé les miennes à l’intérieur de l’appartement. Lors de cet épisode malheureux, les deux amies sont toujours restées calmes, courtoises et ont su dédramatiser la situation. Ce qui, je pense, n’aurais pas été le cas avec d’autres propriétaires. Je conseille vivement cette location si vous passez sur Paris.

Het verblijf in dit appartement voelde als thuis. Een mooie creatieve stijl, lichte ruimte. Een hele prettige plek om te werken, te genieten en je op je gemak te voelen. De buurt is fijn, lokaal, niet toeristisch en je bent zo in het drukkere centrum. Alles is om de hoek. Arnaud is zeer vriendelijk en communiceert heel prettig. Ik kom graag terug! Dank.

La ubicación es bastante buena, en 13 minutos estás en el metro, desde el que puedes llegar a cualquier parte del centro de Paris. Sobre todo destacó la decoración de la casa, en definitiva es un apartamento muy especial. La comunicación con el anfitrión también ha sido muy buena, no tenemos ninguna queja, muy recomendado!!

Je recommande vivement ce havre de paix, douillet, très bien chauffé, calme et confortable. Tout est accessible à pied. Le home cinéma est un véritable plus . Et David est un hôte parfait !

We were there as a family to experience the games. The apartment was ideally situated to the stade de france. The lovely roof top was a godsend in the hot temperatures. Lovely little touches by the host in terms of welcome food and drink and local restaurants information. Even helped us get to the apartment on diffrrent dates. Bedrooms were a good size with fans . Washing machine and tumbledryer essential for long stay. Would thoroughly recommend it was an exceptional place to stay.

We would like to thank our hosts for a wonderful stay in Paris, beautiful city, friendly people and of course the accommodation was great. Its location close to a metro made it easy to navigate to the various parts of the city for the Olympic events we were going to. The area the accommodation is located is in a residential area outside the city centre, which was quiet, with a restaurant which served the most wonderful food. There is also a small general store for any food shopping, and an amazing bakery. Our hosts were very helpful and communicated quickly to any questions we had. Very fast WiFi and washing machine was useful as we were travelling light. Really enjoyed our stay, and thank you so much.

Excellent moment partagé avec mon fils j’aime vrmt beaucoup ce loft, c’est la deuxième fois que j’y viens et j’y reviendrai prochainement je pense.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Maud. Le logement est agréable, chaleureux et bien situé. De plus, il est parfaitement équipé pour voyager avec un enfant. Maud a été arrangeante sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Nous recommandons ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Alles wunderbar und Claudia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin!! Die wohnung ist wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich konnte sogar morgens auf dem Meditationskissen meditieren. Wenn wir wieder in Paris sind, kommen wir wieder hierher

Christophe e Caroline sono stati fantastici: purtroppo abbiamo avuto numerosi problemi con i nostri voli di arrivo a Parigi e loro sono stati disponibili, flessibili, comprensivi e accoglienti, oltre ogni aspettativa! Noi avevamo organizzato una riunione fra sorelle, dopo diverso tempo di distanza e la casa così luminosa, accogliente e piena di personalità è stato un elemento protagonista delle nostre giornate. La cucina è attrezzatissima, con ogni possibile utensile o elettrodomestico si possa aver bisogno. Per finire, elemento non marginale, è assolutamente silenziosa, ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. E' una casa fantastica, la consiglio caldamente!

I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this spot. It’s pretty easy to get to the city, you can rather walk to the station or take the bus that picks you up right in front of the home. Lovely open concept kitchen and Dennis is friendly and helpful and caring, if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask him. Be mindful that you’re sharing the space so be respectful of others and note that there are people coming and going from the common areas but everyone is very respectful and kind. I would stay here again.

Ekos est une hôte merveilleuse et son loft d'artiste est incroyable. L'accueil a été formidable tout au long du séjour. Ekos répond à toute attente avec beaucoup d'attention. On ne s'attend pas à découvrir un logement aussi spacieux à Paris. Une hôte au grand coeur qui nous ouvre les portes de son petit paradis. Mille mercis pour ce séjour Ekos. Je reviendrai.
