In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

The apartment is close to the The Baotić Marina, old town of Trogir and shopping centre - all in range of just 5 min on foot. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment and place for grilling. Also, there is a very small gym for one person in the house. View is on medieval fortress, marina and sea. The apartment has two toilets, two bedrooms and each room has air conditioning. Hosted by certified tourist guide, specialized for Trogir and Split.
