Fenced off front yard features private parking, gazebo and open fireplace, ideal for early morning coffee, tea sipping and evening moments of relaxation and reflection. For our quests that prefer truly private time the unit has its own balcony for quiet enjoyment and delight in sun kissed & sea flavoured Rovinj air. We are located walking distance from the city centre, restaurants & dining, supermarket and the nearest beach.

Small appartment for great holiday

Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families love my place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. Renovated in April 2022!

Villa Flores

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive. Enjoy your experience in Istria.

Dreamy Apt w Captivating View in the Centre

We have re-decorated five apartments in an 1862 villa that overlooks the beautiful Mirna Valley, right in the centre of medieval town - Motovun. The apartment is situated in the house, where we have in all 3 apartments. Beli križ is a quiet district of Portorož, with 2km distance from the nearest beach. The apartment was partly reconstructed in 2015. The apartment is situated near two others.

A comfortable clean apartment for up to 3 guests in our family house-1st floor, sorrounded with a peaceful mediterranean garden 5 min walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, church, bus. Helpful hosts, tourist tax included.
