In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

We have the fortune of bald eagles in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

2026 special: After booking your 5 or more nights, message me and I will add your free night. Cabins on the water, Songo Lock Cabins are located at the Historical Songo Locks. The cabins are over 100 years old and date back to the early 1900's. The cabins are on the water and have their own dock. The Songo Locks is hand operated and opens to allow boats into the lock, the water lowers the boats down and then opens so they can continue down river into Sebago Lake.

This 1,810 sq ft house has 100 ft of private waterfront, a wood burning stove, private dock (June-October) and outdoor bonfire pit for your enjoyment. We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
