A/C, TV with Cable & Netflix. Expansive, ocean view balcony. 2nd Bedroom Upstairs: KING BED with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen. A/C. Ocean view balcony. 3rd Bedroom Upstairs: Two single beds with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen; can be made up into a King bed. A/C. Newly renovated upstairs Bathroom for bedrooms 2 + 3. Sleeper Couch upstairs: Sleeps 1x adult in open area between bedrooms (not private). Full set of linen provided. Main floor: Gorgeous indoor-outdoor living space, with fully retractable doors for maximum living and entertaining and breathtaking view of the ocean and Clifton Beach. Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Soak up the sun and admire the panoramic Atlantic sea view on the sundeck overlooking Sea Point. Relax under the shady tree on the charming terrace and get lost in a good book, or unwind in the stylish, open-plan living area with its bright, bold artwork. Selbourne Lodge is a two-level modern town house with spectacular sea view and a contemporary interior. It offers a stylish open-plan lounge, dining- and kitchen area that leads to a charming outside terrace with BBQ facilities and a mini garden. The first floor houses two bedrooms; the master suite offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the bedroom leads onto a Sundeck with a panoramic sea view perfect for enjoying Cape Town’s picturesque sunsets.The Bedroom has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. In the event that a guest has departed the same day as a new guest is arriving, new guests are welcome to drop off their baggage before 14:00 hours.Once cleaning is complete 'check in' can be done. I will personally welcome you. Should I be out of town, a co-host will welcome you, or you can use the self check-in option. The townhouse is nestled in a cul-de-sac at the foot of Lions Head. Coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Sea Point beach promenade are just five minutes' walk away. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Clifton Beach are situated close by. My City buses and taxis are available from High Level and Main road, only a couple of minutes walking distance; Uber taxis are available within the whole of Cape Town, and are an easy, convenient, and inexpensive way of getting around avoiding traffic congestion and parking. Netflix is available for your entertainment; Wi-fi: unlimited 4mps line. For guests who book for more than 7 days, I offer a Extra Cleaning Service' of the apartment, after 7 days, or more frequently if requested, which includes laundering and changing the bed linen and towels, at a cost of R 400 payable direct to my cleaning staff. This cleaning session takes around 3-4 hours.

Cosy Apartment Near the Waterfront. Alt Power.
The apartment is ideal for couples, solo-, or business travelers. It is located on the top (2nd floor) of the building - which allows terrific views of the seafront. No elevator, stairs only Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the apartment building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient MyCiTi Bus public service, the Three Anchor Bay bus stop is 200 m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200 m from apartment. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Please be considerate of your neighbours - keep noise level minimum between 22:00 - 07:00.

Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven
Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Sea Point is a safe, beautiful suburb of Cape Town with an interesting mixture of people and cultures. The Promenade extends 11km along the coastline. The lively and vibrant main road is filled with restaurants and coffee shops. Ostende complex is located near to a major MyCitiBus station (Queens Beach Station). Easily accessible by Uber and Lyft.
