Our Efficiency unit, D21, on the fifth floor and has all the modern conveniences of home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in tiled shower, beach chairs, cooler and tennis rackets available for your use. A short walk from shopping, restaurants and nightlife in Coligny Plaza. And there’s a neighborhood beach access right across the street from the Villas.

This villa is perfect for the family beach vacation! We have little ones ourselves, so we've got all the gear needed to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay. We LOVE this villa because of its screened in porch, FREE TENNIS, and proximity to the beach. The screened in porch allows you to enjoy breakfast and happy hour free from mosquitoes and close enough to hear the waves! The beaches are far less crowded than other areas of the island, and it's very close to Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza.

Each master/en-suite has two Queen beds and every amenity you could imagine. Bathrooms are spacious with closed off toilet/showers.
