We really enjoyed the house and the pool. The house was very spacious and clean. We had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 6 females. The pictures do not showcase how beautiful this home really is. The backyard is very spacious as well. I really wanted to have a Hibachi catering company to come in but I was afraid we wouldn't have enough room. I'm so sad I didn't book the Hibachi company because it would have been beautiful. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book this beautiful home again.

The home was very clean and fit seven people comfortably. The host thought of everything, and anything we needed was in place ready to go. Bicycles were in excellent condition and the pool was so much fun with the family. There was a closet full of games and lots of thoughtful books and movies for all ages throughout. The host provided advice on how to get the most out of our stay in the area.

We had a great experience at 411 Oak St. The location can’t be beat; short walk to excellent restaurants, shops and the public beach access points. Our teens loved the independence this gave them to go explore and do what they wanted without needing us to drive them. The house was clean and well thought out. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The hosts are generous with the little things like dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, and tissues. It makes arrival feel so much more welcoming and low stress when you don’t have to immediately take inventory and run to the store. The beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the backyard. The tree canopy, pool, and hot tub made for a private-feeling peaceful environment. This was our first visit to SSI so we had a lot of questions. Alyson and team were very helpful with recommendations for fishing, eco tours and golf. Thanks for making our first trip to SSI absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful home that we all loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was not heated (We assumed it was since it was available all year long) but after looking at the listing again it did not indicate that it was heated. Alvin was a great host and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

Great spot! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and great local restaurants. We stayed for a week and we would definitely keep this rental in mind for any future SSI stays.

We had to decide to chance the trip due to TS Debby. We checked in with realtor the morning after TS Debby hit. He responded immediately to our query and was on his way out to check the property. He managed to find someone to clean the pool, he indicated that services were up and running. We checked with a few local supermarkets and they were still stocked and opened. Had a small hiccup with one of the doors right after check-in and the maintenance man came right over. We were quite impressed at the level of service. The pool offered hours of fun for my three grandchildren 11 and under. It was great to have that option after spending time on the beach. It was a perfect 75th birthday with my family.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

The home was gorgeous! It looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed to feel right at home for our weekend stay. The home was very clean and inviting from the moment we pulled in. Nice and quiet seating outside to relax and enjoy the evenings. Close to food and activities to do. Downtown at. Simons island is close with so many thing so do. The pier, the lighthouse, a park for children, and local shopping. The is a wonderful Mexican place with margaritas the close enough you can walk home. No drinking and driving.🙂 we had a wonderful time and would stay at this place again. I cried when we left. If your on the fence about this place just do it. It’s so worth it.

The place was easy to find and in a nice location for our travels. The house was older than the pictures depicted, but nicely decorated and renovated on the inside. It was spacious and the hosts were extremely responsive in communication. Overall, it was just what we needed and I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Exactly what my wife and I needed! No question, we will be back!!

The location is so small town and charming! We didn’t have to go far to find an eclectic shop or unique dining spot. The home is so lovely and comfortable. While it’s obviously an older home, there is a modern kitchen and all of the amenities of home (touchscreen AC control, gas stove, comfortable furniture, etc.). We were easily able to make and have dinner for 8 people and 3 dogs each night of our stay. There was plenty of space and it was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen appliances, dishes - really anything we needed. Our beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were clean and mirrored the charm of the plantation style architecture. We enjoyed the courtyard and sitting on the porch swing. We really were able to walk where we needed to go each day. The neighborhood is quiet and has multiple town squares to explore. The host is very responsive, professional and friendly in their correspondence. Definitely recommend this place!

Nice place comfortable and clean for a wonderful price. For Littles keep an extra eye on doors that are easy to open.

We loved the covered porch and tons of fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped and the descriptions for the house were all very accurate. My husband was able to run meetings with the excellent internet too! Would happily stay again :)

We had the most amazing stay! This place was exactly what we were looking for, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location was fantastic—right near DeMere and Frederica Road, with many great restaurants just steps away or a short drive away. Nights were incredibly peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! This week was all about relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!
