My stay was wonderful everything I need it, peaceful place to rest, I love the location and Neighborhood. Close to the downtown area, where there were many restaurants, market and stores. Communication was great! The both showers didn't have hot water, that needs fixing. Everything else was incredible, cant wait to be back!

Muy bonito el apartamento, en zona tranquila, con todo lo necesario para un descanso o conocer la ciudad. Sin duda lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a la ciudad lo reservaré de nuevo.

The property was everything the listing said it was and more. I was extremely comfortable and the host was very accommodating to my need for flexibility. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Love everything, the only con was not having a real table to work and use my laptop., The designated working space is not comfortable however Stephanie is awesome and always responsible. The tower is beautiful and the location just perfect .

It is in a prime location in Piantini. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Very nice place to stay at with friends and family. Also is very spacious and I would definitely recommend.

Mi estadía fue corta pero, me encantó quedarme aquí, las atenciones del anfitrión fueron excelentes; desde un inicio la comunicación fue muy buena; tenía rápidas respuestas de su parte lo cual considero muy importante al momento de rentar el Airbnb. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al apartamento; lo cual exhorto a que lo tomen en consideración para que su estadía sea satisfactoria. La zona donde se encuentra es tranquila y segura. Me hubiese encantado quedarme más tiempo pero, está en mi lista de Airbnb que volvería a visitar. ¡Este lugar es recomendadisimo!

Cinthias places was beautiful. Was only able to stay for a few hours due to late flight & leaving to head to the north side of the island early the next morning but this home was definitely as described and it was spacious and clean. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy this beautiful home.

Having visited the Ciudad Colonial over 20 times, I can honestly say this is the best Airbnb in the area. The property is gorgeous and exactly as described. The location is within walking distance to all the Zona Colonial has to offer, yet the inside of the home is peaceful and quiet. AC units throughout the entire home work incredibly well. After a day of exploring, you’ll sleep in a super comfortable bed. WiFi worked great. A beautiful private courtyard, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room makes this property the jewel of town. Highly recommend it.

Très grande maison fidèle aux photos. Fernando est relax. Il a gentiment accepté mon chien pour cela je l’en remercie car ce n’est pas toujours facile ici. Très bonne option pour un long séjour, il y a une jolie piscine juste pour nous. Carrefour et le National sont à 10 min à pieds, 20 min du magnifique parc mirador sur. Quartier tranquille et sécurisé. J’ai très bien dormi. Plusieurs colmados á courte distance également.

Nixon was pleasant and had amazing recommendations. Everything I needed was walking distance or nearby. Easy to travel. Safe neighborhood to get in and out at any time of the day. House was spacious and all amenities mentioned available. Additional amenities for those items forgotten. Felt right at home. Cleanliness and hygiene were immaculate. I spent most of my time in the kitchen and patio. Very comfortable temperature indoor and outdoor. Nixon was one message away. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Dominican Republic.

Perfect for our business related stay. very secure location and friendly staff. Flat is beautiful and clean. Ssuper easy to grab Uber from there and lovely park nearby.

Shaira's apartment was central to shopping and good restaurants. I would highly recommend her place for those who a traveling and working remotely. All the photos and descriptions were exactly as they look. I will definitely rent her place again!

Hele mooie appartement op een top locatie. Alles is op loopafstand en een veilige buurt. Deze appartementen is een aanrader. Host was vriendelijk, heel behulpzaam en begripvol. Ik zou zekers hier nog een keer komen.
