The apartent is in the center of Ancient Town's movida, and it's composed by double entrance from seaside and from the back court, two double bedrooms, two bathroooms, main salon, large kitchen, studio, second seaview salon, huge terrace with amazing seaview. Elegantly furnished, ready to welcome you all year round. You will love it. Perfect for four person, but we also have a sofa-bed so 6 will still be ok and comfortable. Discounts for long periods. La casa sul mare - Sant' Isidoro, Nardò (LE)

Casa vacanze, zona Sant'Isidoro. Posizione strategica, la casa si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ed è provvista di parcheggio riservato. Sala pranzo spaziosa con cucina a vista ed ingresso sul balconcino esterno da cui si vede il mare. Due camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, inoltre il divano della sala da pranzo può essere aperto ed utilizzato come altro letto. Un bagno con box doccia e scaldabagno autonomo. Condizionatore nel disimpegno e TV in sala da pranzo.

Upstairs by the sea

Upstairs by the sea è un balcone affacciato sul mare. Un posto a sedere privilegiato che sia apre sulla scena dell'area marina protetta di Porto Cesareo, precisamente a Torre Squillace . Da qui lo spettacolo della natura e dei suoi colori è assicurato a ogni ora del giorno e della sera. La casa si compone di due stanze da letto più servizi al piano terra e di un' ampia cucina e zona giorno con servizi al piano superiore . Dieci passi vi separano dall'acqua del mare.

Exceptional house right on the beach.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. Contemporary Beach Villa with Pool and Gardens

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.
