Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Cosy Studio next to Paris LaDéfense

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Lovely flat in the 'High Marais". On the court and sunny. Near Picasso Museum - Georges Pompidou Center - Montorgeuil. Open kitchen and big bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! Joli appartement dans le haut Marais. Sur cour et baigné de lumière. A deux pas du Musée Picasso - du centre Georges Pompidou - du quartier piéton de Montorgeuil. Cuisine équipée et ouverte sur le salon, grande salle de bain. Tout le confort pour que votre séjour à Paris soit parfait!

VU LE CONTEXTE ACTUEL, DESINFECTION COMPLETE DE L'APPARTEMENT A L'AIDE D'UN ASSAINISSEUR DESINFECTANT BACTERICIDE ET FONGICIDE PROFESSIONNEL!!! Appartement refait à neuf de 50m²; avec un grand séjour avec cuisine américaine de 28m². A 18min de Disney Land A 3min de l'A4 (12min de Paris) A 400m du RER A de Bry sur Marne(15min de Paris) A 8min à pied des bords de marne. ATTENTION : le logement n’est pas adapté ni accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Large independent apartment on the 1st floor House

Large apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful house with separate entrance and fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV, cable and wifi. In a quiet residence, you will find all the comforts for a relaxing stay in a charming city. My accommodation is close to shops, 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and RER E direct Saint lazare in 30 minutes, Paris by A4 40 minutes by car. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo, business travelers or in transit.

Il est composé d'un espace nuit séparé par un rideau comprenant un lit 2 adultes avec dressing et un coffre fort. Un coin salon avec canapé lit 2 places. Coin cuisine équipée. Une salle d'eau avec douche, machine à lavé, lavabo et un WC. Le tout donnant sur un petit jardin et terrasse privée .

Appartement proche Disneyland refait à neuf de 35m2. Idéal pour familles (2 adultes + 1 enfant) A proximité : boulangerie, pharmacie, primeurs et supermarché. Gare RER ligne E à 15 minutes à pied : comptez 45 mins pour se rendre à Paris centre.
