Restful Lakeside Getaway Cottage -Dogs allowed

This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Close to D/town Beach HOTtub upon request King Bed

We are located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the I-26 and minutes from Downtown Charleston. Our property has been newly remodeled with a focus on easy accessibility for people with disabilities. We have a roll-in shower with grab bars, a king-size bed queen bed and two double beds in the other bedrooms. Pets are welcome with the owner's approval and a pet fee. You will love the fantastic, fully fenced yard, complete with a fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower, and outdoor grilling.

Come and enjoy all the beauty of nature that the Lowcountry has to offer in this beautiful 2-bedroom home with a shared dock and views! Located 24 miles from Charleston in the Francis Marion National Forest, you'll be surrounded by nature, yet close enough to enjoy Charleston & Mt.Pleasant. Kayak the beautiful tidal creeks from here or wet-a-line fishing off the dock. Enjoy an evening cocktail out on the large screened-in porch while watching the beautiful sunsets over the creek. Your pets are welcome (max of 2, please). We offer king bed in master, 3 wall-mounted TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. We also use 100% cotton sheets and quilts for your maximum sleeping comfort. Absolutely no smoking ON OUR PROPERTY ($200 extra fee). Come stay with us. 🙂

The Cottage by the Pool: Close to Interstates

New floors and paint in January of 2023. Palm Trees, colorful flowers, hammocks and quiet space await in this tropic-like oasis just minutes from I-95/20. Cute 2 BR 2 bath duplex home in Ladson. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, 2 TVS and a spacious fenced yard for pets and grilling. Minutes to beautiful Summerville, Nexton and the popular Park Circle area of North Charleston, teeming with eclectic shops, restaurants, and breweries. Also, a short drive to historic Charleston and six area beaches. Great for business travelers as well due to the proximity to Charleston International Airport, Boeing, Volvo.
