Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Cottage Vittoria - Marina di Novaglie

Nel magico Salento un elegante cottage situato a ridosso del mare e incastonato nella lussureggiante flora mediterranea. La struttura ha un grande balcone con pergolato dove poter pranzare all'aperto e godersi la vista mare. Eccezionale vista mare anche dal terrazzo attrezzato. Il cottage è circondato da un colorato giardino curato in ogni suo dettaglio e sono presenti due aree relax e una doccia esterna.
