We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Amazing place in forest! Need to drive 25mins from Siena, you will find the peaceful maison. Private and quiet, close to nature, rooms are large and clean. We woke up early in the morning and visited the pigs in the farm. This is dreamful retire life. Everything is so great!

Roberta went above and beyond to provide an excellent service, with lots of recommendations and was there if we needed anything at all. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and the breakfast provided was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay here again :)

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Viešnagė labai patiko: būstas erdvus ir jaukus (dar gražesnis, nei nuotraukose :)), buvo viskas, ko reikia: patalynė, rankšluosčiai, viskuo aprūpinta virtuvė. Šeimininkai draugiški ir, nors nedaug kalba angliškai, bet viską paaiškina :)... Miestelis irgi žavus - kupinas istorinio dvelksmo. Visai netoli (nuo būsto gal 5 min. pėsčiomis) yra nedidelė terminė versmė - gana karšta, tad tik vienas iš mūsų maudėsi, bet kojas pamirkėme visi ;)... Miestelio bare vaišinomės vynu - buvo labai malonu pabendrauti su vietiniais gyventojais. Žodžiu, šilčiausi atsiliepimai - ačiū už viską!

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids, the games room, pool and forest kept them entertained so we could relax, and we all enjoyed the beautiful Tuscan landscape and dinner on the terrace. The property is ideally situated to explore nearby sienna and Florence. Martina is a fantastic host, made us feel welcome and provided everything we could have needed. Highly recommend.

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time with Cristiana and Sergio. The apartment "La Margherita" was very clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. We received helpful tips and Cristiana was always open to questions and responded very quickly. For chess lovers, there is a beautiful board in a great location. Highly recommended!

Haus, Lage: direkt am Meer, traumhafte Aussicht, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, grosses Haus mit besonderer Architektur bietet viel Raum und Privatsphäre, ideal für eine grosse Familie. Verschiedene Garten- Terrassenzonen. Alles sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Camilla ist eine sehr herzliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tack för trevliga dagar hos er, Andrea! Vi hade tyvärr otur med vädret med mycket regn och kyla, och då var den öppna spisen guld värd - där mös vi flera kvällar. Det var också bra att det gick att sätta på värmen per timme med termostaten. Andrea var också flexibel med den inbokade matlagningskurs vi bokat och som vi var tvungna att ställa in när en av oss blev sjuk. Jag tror att Agriturismo Guilia är ännu trevligare när man kan nyttja hela trädgården och poolområdet när vädret är bättre. Det hade vi tyvärr inte möjlighet att utnyttja fullt ut nu pga ovanligt kall och regnig påskvecka. Vi hade det väldigt trevligt ändå och kommer gärna tillbaka någon gång och hoppas på bättre väder. :-)

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in der "Villa Sardini". Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr nett und unsere Wohnung Scipione war schön. Wir haben den Pool genossen und den weitläufigen Ausblick. Die Nähe zu Lucca und die Möglichkeit an den Strand zu fahren oder nach Pisa ist prima. Wir haben gute Tipps bekommen für Restaurants/eine Konditorei in Lucca und haben hervorragend dort gegessen/eingekauft. Auf dem Gelände der "Villa Sardini" finden regelmäßig verschiedene Aktivitäten statt, an denen man teilnehmen kann, wenn man möchte. Auch an einer Weinprobe vor Ort kann man bei Interesse teilnehmen.

Alberto et son fils son super gentil et au petit soins . Nous avons adoré le logement ( il est encore mieux que sur les photos) . La piscine est grandiose. Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois et tout était très bien adapté a un bébé . Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons certainement

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à Podere Villanuova. Le cadre est exceptionnel, le logement confortable et meublé avec goût. Sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement avec une voiture au tramway de Florence et est bien situé pour visiter toute la région. Maurizio a été un hôte très attentionné et de bon conseil et la communication avec Giuliana très agréable. Nous recommandons.
