We really enjoyed our stay at Dana's cottage. It was very clean and comfortable with a kichen that had everything we needed to cook great meals. The neighbors were friendly and it was in a great location for enjoing all Ventura and the surrounding area has to offer!

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

This place is truly magical! The location was great, nestled in nature with beautiful surroundings that make you feel fully immersed in the outdoors and yet it's fairly close to the bustling/fun town of Santa Barbra. Waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning was so peaceful and the fresh farm eggs were the perfect touch! The outdoor shower was definitely a highlight, the warm water made it feel like a luxury. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and relax. Jennifer was also extremely kind and accommodating, always checking-in to ensure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be coming back!

My son and I had a wonderful month in Smitty’s cabin. The cabin is located next to the valley. It is beautiful, quite, and very interesting. Without going out, we have seen many kinds of birds and played daily with Norman(Smitty’s lovely dog). We were glad to know we are not far away from deers, bobcats, and bears in the valley beneath us. We were also very touched by the warm hospitality given by Smitty and his family. The environment was very warm, friendly, and peaceful. If you love nature and enjoy solitude, this is absolutely your place!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! It was extremely clean and well-outfitted. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely home in a beautiful location!

Alan’s place is really great with its proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and all the fun restaurants and activities. Alan was a great host. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. I will look to book here again on the next visit to Santa Barbara.

What a peaceful place tucked in a quiet hilltop full of nature surroundings. Absolutely no traffic/people noise and lots darkness with an incredible view when the fog rolls away. It blew our minds! A perfect base of operations for a week stay with all we needed and the host right next door (over a private gate) which was helpful when we had a few needs that he responded quickly and kindly. We were impressed how close we were to things even though it felt like we were far, far away. We cannot wait to stay there again! Note to those that drive a Tesla, do NOT use the car gps/maps. It won’t get you there in a direct route. Use Google maps. Plan at least one evening to enjoy the night sky from the hot tub and deck with fire table and grill. It’s not to be missed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Carla is the embodiment of a “super host.” Great communication, very accommodating, and very responsive. We decided to stay an extra week and Carla helped us make the correct arrangements and a smooth transition. Carla’s Cottages is a special place. Highly recommended!

George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

Fabulous glamping experience! Comfy furniture and bed. Loved the fireplace at night. Cozy and warm. Bring ear plugs, as there is a bit of road noise. Bring plates, bowls, and utensils if you’d like to eat in the cottage. Only two small plates, one bowl, but three mugs so the soup we brought worked out. No spoons tho…. 1 fork and knife. 🤣 Lovely courtyard and fountains! Overall loved it and will definitely be back. 🧡

This sweet little house was great for an extended weekend visit to Santa Barbara! We were able to walk to the local coffee shop and stroll to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning. The driveway is small but our Subaru fit perfect. It is a busy street but not so bad after 10 pm. Dawn is a great host and responds quickly to any inquiry r=or questions. Check in and check out were easy with no issues.

Nice cozy place

Kim and Tom’s Camp Cottonwood house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything works as expected and supplies are well-stocked. The backyard is awe-inspiringly spacious — big enough to host a wedding, we joked. Their home is a gem in Los Alamos, convenient and cozy. Los Alamos is a cute village that’s close to Santa Maria and Solvang. Kim and Tom are very welcoming hosts. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice.

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.

This place is probably one of the best Airbnb’s. My husband and I have stayed in. Everything about it was perfect for a weekend away. The location is literally a five minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara, but it’s also super close to the Douglas preserve and the beach. The house itself was absolutely precious, so cute and clean, and had everything that we needed. And most importantly, it was a great place for our two shepherds. The fact that there is an outdoor patio that is fenced was amazing. The place was clean, super lovely and peaceful. Eliza was also super communicative and responsive , although we didn’t find ourselves needing anything because it was just a perfect Cottage I highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Santa Barbara to stay here. It was absolutely perfect.

Second time staying at this house, and just as great as the first time. Fabulous location, comfortable, and extremely well-stocked. Great for our two kids--6 and 9--too. A wonderful experience.

A wonderful stay. Great proximity to the surrounding towns and wineries - all in driving distance. The Airbnb was comfortable and homely. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Jen’s place was so beautiful and clean! The house had everything we needed for a peaceful Summerland getaway by the beach and was perfectly kid friendly for our toddler! We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay at George's place! The house is like a little oasis and feels very private. The decor was thoughtful and calming and curated like someone lived there, not your typical Airbnb furnishings. Beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. George is a great communicator and an ideal host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful repeat stay at Melissa's place. Very quiet and relaxing place. Super clean, tidy, with everything you could need. Great location with easy access to Los Olivos, Solvang, and Ballard. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!
