Elegant villa with seaview and pool in Sant Agusti

#This villa is located in Sant Agustin, a very peaceful and privileged area. Many famous and beautiful beaches are close to it. To airport it s 15 minutes drive, same to Eivissa. To the next port and town it s only 5 minutes. The villa has an amazing wide and far view to the sea, port and town. you can enjoy all day and night long. There is an infinity pool and many nice terraces. It s full equipped with security system, barbecue, big cared garden, carport, electric gate, Wlan, fireplace...

Sa Paissa is a spacious authentic country house, offering 5 bedrooms on 450m2 on two levels sits on 2000m2 of land in a palm tree garden within walking distance to Es Cubells village.You can enjoy from the house of panoramic sea views.Property is full gated, 12 meters pool facing the sea, big outdoor kitchen with dining place 14 people. Lots of nice outdoors seating and lounging areas. Main house 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , in the garden a lovely studio with a bathroom. Nice billard area.

Casaklod ibiza center close to the beach.

YOUR PRIVATE PARADISE IN IBIZA We are happy to have you stay in our home and even to help you. Please use our home as a place to sleep, shower and eat or relax in between your daytime and evening events. You can stay up to 6 people. The house is divided in three parts and they are very independents connected only from the garden. In the main house there is a a spacious living room, one bed room (king size bed) .The other parts has one room each (queen size bed) and bathrooms.

Villa Mika Ibiza is great for groups of friends and families. It is perfectly located within walking distance of a great number of shopping options, and just minutes drive from most major points of interest such as the beaches, Ibiza town, the most popular nightclubs and Ibiza airport. The villa offers a lot of privacy, the garden is surrounded by tall trees and is totally fenced. All rooms are spacious and very light. The garden offers plenty of sun decks.

New Villa with Pool 29 minutes from Ibiza Town

CANA CLARA has walled and gated gardens, pool & parking. 10min walk from beach, 5 m walk from cafes and restaurants, 10m drive to many great beaches. Very modern and fresh. 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom & A/C, WIFI, Sat TV, great kitchen, ample living spaces, terraces and pool area. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen, 2 singles. The AC from the bedrooms is enough to cool the entire house, windows kept shut.
