Tropical Sands Resort is a 39-unit Resort on Estero Island. The resort offers 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1350 square foot condominiums. Amenities on property include heated outdoor pool, outdoor games such as corn hole, and ladder ball. 3 TV’s, full kitchen, private washer & dryers in unit, onsite activities and much much more. Tropical Sands Resort offers both weekly rentals and ownership opportunities. Guests checking in must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The rates are comparable to hotel rates but our visitors get much more for their money! Tropical Sands Resort is located near many tourist attractions including the beach, great restaurants, the Thomas Edison Home and spring training for major league baseball. Please do not hesitate to ask for those “little extras” we might be able to provide you to make your stay with us the most enjoyable you have every experienced.

Located just one mile from the beautiful beaches, this charming Naples unit offers a convenient and comfortable stay. The gorgeous outdoor swimming pool provides for relaxation and fun! There are three on-site restaurants serving a variety of dishes, and you can enjoy cozy outdoor lounging for unwinding after a day of exploration! We are close proximity to the Naples Zoo and Coastland Center, downtown Naples, and only a 4 minute drive to the beach! Value for this property is very affordable!
