We are excited to share our peaceful home for your Las Terrenas vacation. There are 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms villa located in the middle of nature within a 5 minutes walk to Las Ballenas Beach. The villa is fully equipped with all you need. It features a living room with open full kitchen. The outdoor patio offers plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining. Our villa is located on a private hill in a small complex with a shared large swimming pool with two other separate villas.

This gorgeous home located in a steps to beach location has everything you need to make a Caribbean dream vacation come true. With spacious living space as well as large outside patio for your Al Fresco dining and a delightful pool this home has modern appliances to enhance your vacation. The location is just steps from multiple restaurants and bars and of course the seafront promenade of Punta Popy. A master bedoom with a King bed, a Queen room and third room with 2 twins are available.

Disfrute de unas vacaciones familiares relajantes en este acogedor townhouse, con un jardín tropical privado, ubicado en un tranquilo residencial a solo 200 metros de Playa Las Ballenas. Este sector de la playa es ideal para familias, ofreciendo un ambiente seguro y sereno para disfrutar con niños, realizar snorkel, caminar por la arena y capturar bellas imágenes del atardecer. A pocos pasos, encontrará también excelentes restaurantes y bares frente al mar para complementar su experiencia.

Villa Near EVERYTHING 200M to the Beach,300M town.

This Villa is in a peaceful residence that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Short walk to the beach (200m), town (300m) where you find shops, restaurants & supermarkets. The villa is newly built, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, with tropical gardens and a private pool. Fiber high-speed internet connection. In the morning you can buy your fish fresh on the beach (5 min. walk) and put it at night on the BBQ. Also, typical Dominican chef for additional fee &several excursions possible.

Amplia y cómoda casa, ideal para familias, con todas las comodidades. Piscina y área ajardinada frente al mar. Parqueo cerrado, limpieza diaria. Lugar tranquilo donde disfrutar de su estancia en una de las mejores playas de Las Terrenas. No se permiten Fiestas, eventos molestos o música alta. Horarios de silencio estrictos.

Villa Riviera 4, close to the beach and village

Villa Riviera 4 is located a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and the tourist heart of the village. In the main house, the living room and the kitchen open onto a large terrace where you can have your meal or relax while admiring the private swimming pool. The 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Facing the swimming pool, the bungalow offers 2 additional bedrooms, also air-conditioned. The house accommodates 8 people.

Villa Loma- retreat near quiet beach

Enjoy our restful, brand new home in a quiet, low-key and stylish beachtown, in the heart of Samana. This is our first home and we've made it a warm sanctuary, with guests as a priority. The house is steps from a calm, beautiful beach - Playa Las Ballenas - just a 3 minute walk from the house. The house has 3 bedrooms with capacity to sleep 6, a pool shared with two other houses, natural finishings, A/C and wifi everywhere, and an outdoor terrace.

Casita Linda, maison vue sur mer.

Petite maison sur flanc de colline, belle vue mer, à 8 minutes à pied du centre du village et de toutes commodités. La maison est composée d'un salon cuisine, 1 chambre + une mezzanine, salle de bain, toilettes. Attention, vous devrez, pour accéder à la maison monter par un escalier d'environ une centaine de marches. De ce fait la maison peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Mais la vue mer est si belle depuis la terrasse!!!

Some real Bali vibes step to Punta Popy Beach

A nice quiet tucked-away spot, a 1 minute walk to the point you like to go see sunrise and sunset on. Some real Bali vibes here in the DR. Luxury modern villa for 8 persons. Private salt swimming pool, privet gazebo, work zone. The famous and excellent beach of Punta Pupi is 150 meters from us. Nice and cozy restaurants with local and international cuisine await you on the embankment.
