In the City of Plesio, on a natural terrace above Lake Como at about 600 meters high, nice apartment on the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by a large garden with a lake view. The first floor is occupied by me, my husband and our three children ten, seven, and six years. The apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with a private entrance from the garden. It 's very welcoming and a living room with fireplace, two sofas and a double sofa bed, kitchen with stove with 4 burners and oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and one with a bath tub. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, children's playground and large pool. The garden and pool are shared with my family. There are also Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, cot and pram for small children. The bed linen and towels are included. Parking spaces are in the adjacent public car park. Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Appartamento(2.5) al piano terra in una casa di tre appartamenti, bella vista verso il piano, lago Maggiore e montagne. Veranda, cucinino, 1 camera, WC con doccia. NO camino. Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da bar/ panetteria, 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostradale Bellinzona-sud a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
