A very quiet studio with a private entrance, located in a nice neighborhood at East Richmond Heights.; easy free way access, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores , and Parks are near by. A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Come and enjoy this 1-bed unit. A cozy and bright bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. The living room consists a dedicated dining area and a relaxing area with sofa and TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

The bathroom with a sink and shower is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. WiFi ✅

Quiet, light-filled studio for one guest only, with no visitors, ideal for a calm and restful stay. The apt features hardwood floors, a skylight, queen bd, cozy seating, dining table, closet, kitchen, tub/shower, and heater. Due to the studio’s location in the home, sound travels easily and is best suited for a naturally quiet guest. No music, TV, or phone/device noise. No tub, shower, kitchen, or water use before 9am or after 11:30pm (toilet always OK). Near Berkeley, 1.25 miles to BART.

It has a separate entrance to backyard, private porch with outside heater, bbq and a designated off-street parking spot in front. It has a queen bed, TV, fast (fiber) wifi, full kitchen and bath and a bar with a pop up window for indoor/outdoor seating. We use the Airbnb Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and we use hospital level sterilization after each quest. We are 22 miles from San Francisco and 27 miles from Napa. Great location to enjoy both. Half-mile from freeway. Beautiful walking trail very near -- goes to the San Francisco Bay; enjoy beautiful sunsets. Coffee, shops, and restaurants nearby.
