Great services apartment inside a super charming boutique hotel. Totally a win.

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful inside, I stayed in the palapa barn, a big well equipped kitchen. Clean, comfortable and huge bed. Nice bathroom. The location on the Airbnb listing is not the correct address, I was dumped by a taxi a mile away, couldn’t find another taxi who wasn’t going to rip me off - had to walk with my luggage in the sweltering heat. I forgot about the WA message with the correct address - and had a complete nightmare and meltdown trying to find it. So make sure you remember to check the address in the WA message. But the receptionist was so kind and gave me a hug and made sure I was ok. Hopefully the host has synchronised the address on Airbnb with the actual address. Aside from this I’d highly recommend .

Estuvimos muy agusto en el departamento Buena opcion si viajas con tu mascota, tiene Jardin muy bonito. Solo nos quedamos una noche. Bien equipado con clima y cocineta.

UBICACION BIEN SI NO QUIERES MUCHO RUIDO, NO ESTA TAN LENOS DE LA 5AV. HAY REGLAS DE CONVIVENCIA, SOLO HAY FUGA DE LA REGADERA Y SE MOJA TODO EL PISO DEL BAÑO QUE TUVE UN PEQUEÑO ACCIDENTE QUE NO PASO A MAYORES, COSTO- ESTANCIA DIRIA QUE BIEN NO EXCELENTE, LAS FOTOS SIEMPRE HACEN MAGIA AUNQUE EL LUGAR NO ESTA MAL SOLO LAS FOTOS LO HACEN VER MAS BONITO.

Excelente lugar, muy amables y muy pendientes de lo que necesitábamos.

The place it's perfect!!! Perfect location just a few steps away from the beach and great amenities on the complex. We will defintly be back. We felt very safe and it's walking distance to la quinta avenida, restaurants, bars, and shopping areas.

Carlos fue muy amable durante todo el proceso para hacer el check inn aún y cuando fue de madrugada.

Bel emplacement un peu difficile à trouver au départ. Belles commodités, piscine, endroit calme et près de tout.

Just so lovely space, with very good location and superb host. Rosalba just made us feel like home. Clean and large rooms with AC, nice garden, quiet place despite of shared kitchen. Would wished to stay there longer and definitely recommend!

En general todo está bien, el baño, las sábanas y almohadas estaban muy limpias, tiene una vista muy bonita al jardín y alberca. Lo único que nos confundió fue la dirección, está mal ubicada en el mapa y también la dirección que te lleva al google maps, tuve que buscar aparte en la aplicación de maps para dar con el verdadero hotel pues se confunde con otro, la dirección es Av. 10 norte esquina con 22 norte.

Super cómodo, fácil de llegar, muy limpias y ordenadas las instalaciones, siempre muy atentos a lo que necesitará. Tranquilidad, una ubicación muy segura, restaurantes al rededor con comida muy rica y a buen precio. los anfitriones super amables y accesibles si tienes alguna duda o recomendaciones para actividades o comida en Cozumel.

Excelente la atención de Nidia y el lugar es precioso y privado, muy amplio y limpio, contaba con todo lo publicado y más, satisfecho con precio y calidad 🥰

The home is great to stay in Cozumel. It is in a location that is close to the square and behind the Mega superstore. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go in town. The home was nice and clean, gated and secure. We would stay there again.

Spacious and homey with an awesome balcony. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Rental car is ideal for the location. If you forget anything, there is a convenient store right across the street. Host was easy to work with and check in was remote and simple. Would stay here again!
