We had a great time. It’s a great place to walk, close to University Ave dining and shopping area. Kathy was very helpful and the place had all we needed to cook our own dinners. Parking in the carport was very convenient as well.

Second time staying here, it's in a safe location and the place was big. Parking was convenient too! Would recommend!!

Great accommodations, nicely appointed townhome. Easy access to SF and the Peninsula. Relaxed neighborhood, lots of food and grocery options nearby. The hosts are phenomenally communicative, helped me get some laundry done and no issues with retrieving the glasses I left behind. FYI: Airport is nearby, but earplugs easily eliminated the sound. This is a really nice spot, and I would stay here again!

Great place, very spacious and very clean. Tom was a great host and was very responsive to our inquiries, including responding quickly at 12:30 in the morning when our parking space was blocked. We really appreciate his hospitality and hope to rent from him again in the future.

Very lovely property in the perfect location near SFO and easy access to the City. Excellent space to work and great kitchen for cooking or chilling out. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for either a business trip or a personal trip and ideal for a combo trip.

I stayed at Mircha's place for 3 months. One of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Mircha and Christina were super friendly and helpful and really made me feel welcome. The ensuite bedroom is beautiful and always kept clean. I was honestly sadly to leave!

Context - group of 10 friends traveling in for a festival / long weekend in sf. Location - conveniently located. easy to get to/from the airport and into the city. walkable to public transportation and h-mart grocery store Cleanliness / Amenities - pictures accurately reflect furniture, amenities, and vibes. very basic but adequate - value focused stay for a large group. beds and linens felt clean but the floors were slightly dirtier than our group preferred, however slippers were provided (generally feel this way about most airbnbs floors when other people wear shoes in the house). while some appliances didn't work well, there was another set upstairs/downstairs that worked fine for just a long weekend. Host - was responsive and flexible to our requests Would recommend for a large group stay near sf.

I enjoyed my stay at Yong's place. Great place for big groups. Living room space is right next to the kitchen, so it's not too spacious, but it was a cozy place. Plenty of parking inside driveway and out on the streets. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to 10-12 people group sizes.

Wonderfully decorated home in the heart of Palo Alto, Beverly was easy to work with and the home was well equipped and clean. Appreciate and recommend this unit to anyone else who is looking for a place in Palo Alto!

Had a great time staying at Lisa's place. Room is exactly as shown, clean, has plenty of natural light. There's a few grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance as well, and overall the neighborhood feels very safe.

The two bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but it suited our needs. Numerous nice place to eat nearby and also groceries if needed. Don W was very responsive. The kitchen was more than adequate for preparing meals if one dined in.

Rali was so sweet and attentive to all my needs. She’d help me reserve parking or give away her parking space for me and it was so sweet of her. The place was clean, comfy and quiet which I loved.

Jose has been always great and helpful, he helps like anything or make sure I am helped incase he is not at home. This was my 2nd time stay, and was same comfortable stay like last time. Thanks Jose and your colleague Jason foe being so helpful. Best wishes to you.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍
