Our peaceful home is located a short walk from the back bay of Los Osos. Its new design makes for a restful getaway with its luxurious bedroom, hot tub, and soothing bath. Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Newly built,secluded 600 sq ft 1 bedroom home with panoramic views of all of San Luis Obispo. Home is centrally located at 7min from both downtown &/or wineries, 3 miles to Cal Poly- but is completely quiet with no traffic on our multi acre property. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. We are 15 minutes to Avila and Pismo Beach.

Access to the rear of Madonna Mountain hiking is 1/8 mile walk up the street. Grocery stores and coffee shops within 1/3 of a mile away and beautiful beaches are within a 15 minute drive North or South.

Cozy Studio is located in a quiet residential neighbor with secure off street parking. Whether you choose to relax in my comfortably furnished studio or enjoy the private outdoor patio, my home will provide a serene retreat. From the house, it is a ten minute walk to downtown. The outside patio is located to the left of the front door and is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather the Central Coast has to offer. There's even an EV Charger on-site!
