The outdoor garden seating areas are an extension of the space and for your enjoyment. Please note: -The bathroom is at a higher elevation accessed by two steps. It has a lower ceiling height of +/-6'-4" -There is an uneven area at the floor between the kitchenette and bed, where a slight slump occurs. A fix is in order

The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes.
