In the heart of Condado, with direct private access to the Condado beach. The building is on Ashford Ave., surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and bars. At walking distance, you have supermarkets (5 min), Calle Loiza St. with vibrant nightlife (6 min), and La Placita de Santurce with also great nightlife (15 min). At driving distance, you have the Convention Center & El Distrito (10 min), Old San Juan (15 min), Hato Rey Milla de Oro (15 min), and the airport (15 min).

Free parking.Direct private access to the Beach. Very comfortable and bright studio apartment with sea partial view and city view. Exclusive access to the pool. Just step outside and jump in the beach. You will find beach-lounge and umbrella rental, food kiosks, Jetski rental, banana boat and lot of fun. Condo is locate within walking distance of hotels,shops and restaurants(fast food as well fine/casual dining,excellent local cuisine)bars, casinos,pharmacy & ATM

Beach front with beach views from every window.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach (depending on the tide) or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!

The BEACH Pad- A Beachfront, full ocean view apt.

The BEACH Pad -A Modern- luxurious, beach front and full ocean view apartment. Enjoy your private balcony to watch the sun rise and set over the Atlantic ocean. The view is 180 degrees from left to right without any obstruction. The living room has a 75" tv, with a Sonos sound bar. Relax to music, have a glass of wine or cup of coffee made from the coffee machine provide , listen to the sound of the waves and feel the stress melt away.
