Additionally, a 40m2 covered terrace with hammocks, picnic table and surrounded by a lush graden. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from the center. Private parking and caretaker are present. Small shops are at 50m.

The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and restorative stay; hot water, full water pressure, AC, etc. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks (3500L) so it's not usually affected by the water outages that happen.
