My husband & I truly enjoyed this bed & breakfast! Breakfast was included every morning which helped save us time in the mornings (shout out to Teddy, Dama, & Lettika for taking great care of us during breakfast each morning), the hammock by our room had a wonderful view of the jungle and wildlife, the pool was very beautiful & relaxing, and the beach was only a short walk away. There was great signage to get to the bed & breakfast from the road to ensure we found the property, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. The room itself had a very large bathroom & shower, and the AC was very much appreciated with the heat & humidity along the Pacific Coast. Altogether, the property is super beautiful and very private. We definitely recommend staying here!

Scott's place is gorgeous - even more beautiful than the photos. We really wanted to stay longer but sadly (for us) it was already fully booked. Our cabina was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked great, the pool was wonderful, and we loved being surrounded by all of the plants. We also loved how very well set up Scott's place is, with a drying rack for wet beach gear that can sit out on the covered front porch of the cabina, a well-equipped small kitchenette inside the cabina as well as the big outdoor kitchen, and also a safe box inside the cabina. We didn't bother with a rental car and found it very easy to walk to everywhere we needed to go: it's just a few minutes walk to the nearest entrance to the national park and about 15 minutes walk to the main entrance, the one from which the boat tours leave. Scott himself is lovely - very warm, friendly, helpful, kind and available to guests. We were sad to leave and would love to go back.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Wonderful location in a beautiful setting. Very private with an awesome pool in a jungle setting. They were very welcoming and very helpful with any questions and tips about the area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very nice boutique shops and upscale restaurants within literally a few steps from the boutique hotel.

Este lugar fue fantástico, escritorio súper cómodo, habitación hermosa, me sentí muy segura en todo momento, había un pequeño parlante que fue un detallazo para poner música suave de meditación, todo estaba impecable, plantas en todos lados que están muy bien cuidadas, es una tristeza que solo iba un día por trabajo, pero volveré en temporada baja para vacacionar, me encanta que tiene una zona compartida muy organizada para cocinar y la manera tan organizada de ofrecer los servicios es increíble. Salí enamorada de ese lugar.

Megan and her husband were absolutely amazing!!! I loved chit chatting with them! Her husband recommended an amazing place to grab a burger (perfect for when you’re missing American food) that definitely did NOT disappoint. Megan was super sweet and I felt like I could sit and talk with her all day. The space itself is beautiful. The hotel room was cozy and private while also feeling bright and open. Gorgeous pool space! I could see it being the perfect place for a romantic get away. It’s walkable to many restaurants, tour businesses, surf lessons and the beach. Uber also is available there and isn’t expensive.

For me, I was grateful; the other Airbnb I had reserved ended up having the wrong location published, so I had to book this last minute, around 8pm. I was just there for a night, but the place had a cool, very old Victorian house-style vibe. Creaky old wood floors and really tall ceilings. My room was crazy large, but it was also a handicapped room, which should be plenty large. PARKING: So they do have their own parking lot attached to the hotel, but if you arrive at night, it is locked down. So you have to go to the front desk and they have a clicker to open it. So if you park at the hotel entrance, which is on a one-way street and not really a pull-over spot but not busy so if it's late a quick stop is probably fine (cars can get around you), the garage is at least 4 car lengths before the hotel, so be smarter than me so you don't have to go around or reverse down a one-way to get in the garage. Props to the front desk agent, responsive and friendly!!

You absolutely must rent this Airbnb from William — he’s a wonderful host. The location is perfect: very close to the San Jose airport, but far enough away that you’re out of the city and in the beautiful countryside. The property is well-kept and stunning, secured with a large gate that looks like something on a palace. There’s also a lovely, very private pool on the property. Our room was spotless, and the large mattress and pillows were so comfortable we fell asleep within minutes. The room is surrounded by large windows that offer incredible views of the countryside, mountains, and both sunrise and sunset. We had a spacious deck with a table and two rocking chairs — and one morning, we were greeted by two toucans, one on each chair, gently rocking away. Also, do not rent a car from the overpriced, chaotic companies at the airport. We rented a vehicle directly from William, and it made everything so much easier and less stressful. William — we will see you again soon!

The rooms are spacious, fresh, and have comfortable beds! The restaurants, pool area, and other facilities are of good standard and have an amazing wildlife and nature surrounding it. Walking distance to many great restaurants nearby. Wifi was working quite poorly and the suites close to the road was noisy but after 10 PM, it’s generally quiet except from the sounds from the surrounding wildlife - which is quite charming. We enjoyed your stay and would definitely come back!

Katie’s place was great. A large shared kitchen with 4 units surround the pool. Met some very nice travellers. Felt very comfortable and everyone shared the space nicely! Luis was super nice too and very attentive.
