Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Turtle Beach Haus unit 126 is 1 of 4 beautiful studio condos only steps away from each other, make life-long memories in this incredible and relaxing condo. Love the sunlight, enjoy whitecaps beach

The first floor condo has everything you need for your shorts trip getaway or staying like a home . King size extra pillows top mattress. Queen size sofa bed for your company. Granite countertops kitchen. Pull out cabinets to make you feel like you’re home. A lot of sunlight feels so warm and relaxed. Internet, cable dvd and books for you or just few steps away club house has nice size pool , hot tub exercise room and sauna room . You are even able to go fishing if you’d like.

This condo sleeps up to 4 people with 1 king sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa. We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises!
