We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mary’s place! The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for our large group, and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the home was packed with great amenities that made our stay even more comfortable. The space was very family-friendly, and everyone in our group felt right at home. Mary was an outstanding host—extremely communicative, kind, and attentive to every detail. When we accidentally left a credit card behind, Mary immediately reached out and made sure it was safely returned to us, which we deeply appreciated. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

The family had a Celebration of Life event to attend in Stockton, CA and we had family coming in from LA, Boise, Meridian, and Pocatello Idaho and the Airbnb met the needs of the family members perfectly. The host was responsive to our requests and provided additional information when we had questions. We also had our first grandchild in attendance and Luis and Veronica provided a gift for her which she truly enjoyed during our stay. The house was clean and neat and provided various spaces for family members to gather and fellowship without everyone being in the same space and having multiple conversations going on which can be distracting. I appreciated the bounty of coffee that was provided and completely enjoyed having coffee on the front porch every morning we were there. The comfort of the house allowed many of us the chance to be at ease addressing the loss of a family member. I will not hesitate to reserve a stay with Luis and Veronica if we need to go to Stockton again.

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

This home is amazing!! So much love and care has gone into this home!! The house is very clean and decorated so nicely. The backyard is beautiful, we loved spending our mornings in the spa pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but it is also an easy walk downtown to all the restaurants. We will definitely want to book this property again.

Second time staying at Penelope’s place. Love the country feel and solitude, yet very close to Modesto and the freeway. She is available and happy to make you feel at home. I will be back.

The house is very nice and cozy felt like home. The host is very friendly very responsive always gets back to you in a timely manner. Answered every question that I asked. Beds are very comfortable and cozy. And they added these little hallway and sterilites and family friendly. Great if you have an infant or any smaller kids. They have stairgates That you can add if needed. Would highly recommend.

I had a truly enjoyable stay! Vladi and Anita are the perfect example of what it means to be Superhosts. The unit is tucked away behind the main residence in a quiet area, and the private parking was a huge plus given the street can be a bit congested. The location is wonderful and just a short distance from a beautiful, forested park with walking and biking trails, perfect for a peaceful outdoor escape. Vladi and Anita thought of everything. From the detailed instructions provided to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was handled with such care and consideration that I never needed to reach out during my stay. They even checked in to make sure my arrival went smoothly, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Needed a place for my brother to stay while he helped me move to town. Karl was always very responsive to questions and was flexible with a last minute change request. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a 15 hour road trip!

Definitely enjoy staying here, the host is responsive and proactive in making sure the stay is comfortable. The cats are just as friendly and help make the space lively.
