Our home flooded are we were in urgent need of a long term rental. Reza went above and beyond to get her home ready for us for several months. We were able to move in quickly and felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and we’ll keep. The home has everything you could want or need. We were extremely comfortable and enjoyed our time. The lake is calm and peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. We would highly recommend Reza’s home for a short or long term stay.

Ruby ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag gut erholen. Falls ich mal wieder in der Gegend bin, versuche ich wieder ein Zimmer bei Ruby zu erhalten 👍

It’s a very lovely area that is close to a few stores and extremely quiet. The gym in the garage is unique for a home and something very helpful when traveling. It’s also a great community to take walks. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay was awesome super comfy bed room felt like I was at home didn’t want to get out of it lol bathroom was super clean. Sheets and pillows had me constantly taking naps.

Very nice place to stay. Great backyard. Convenient. Extremely helpful host.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Their place is beautiful, very comfortable, have guest options to erase streaming credentials (like a hotel) if that’s your thing, and more than spacious for one person. The places to eat are around a half mile away, the neighborhoods are very walkable, and perfectly safe. The oversized ponds/small lakes are a serene feature.
