Daniel’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Oaxaca. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and only a 20-min walk to Centro. We liked being a bit away from all the noise. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Daniel’s communication was excellent and he was very helpful and friendly. The outdoor communal space was lovely and we met some other travelers. The cat Michi was a highlight of our stay as he visited us often and chilled in the courtyard. We highly recommend this apartment!

Está muy tranquilo y cómodo el lugar, te puedes mover en taxi o transporte público al centro de Oaxaca, sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

Yazmín es una buena anfitriona que se preocupa por tu comodidad. Es una buena opción si lo que buscas es tranquilidad. Acceder al centro es sencillo ya que puedes viajar en autobús o taxi. Tuvimos un contratiempo con la dirección pero se pudo resolver y todo lo demás fue increíble.

Gran lugar para quedarse, solo agregaría que sería bueno especificar que solo hay un lugar de estacionamiento y puede estar ya ocupado. Aún así en la calle es seguro dejar el auto. Muchas gracias!

Nous remercions Daniel pour sa grande réactivité en communication ! Et la dame de l'entretien d'être rapidement intervenue. Le petit chat de l'appartement nous manque déjà, j'espère que les prochains locataires serons attentifs à son bien-être. Daniel nous a donné de bonnes recommandations et a été d'une grande aide lors de notre départ, notamment. L'emplacement du logement est idéal, il est très calme mais proche de tout, la boulangerie à coté est délicieuse, avec un vendeur très sympathique, il y a un restau vegan topissime à moins de 10 minutes, nous étions à 15-20 min du Centre à pied, les rues pour y aller sont très belles et colorées... El departamento esta muy agradable, primer piso, lo cual, si vas con maletas no tienes que subir escaleras, minimalista pero con mucho espacio para guardar tus cosas, seguridad en el fraccionamiento y cercania con la zona turistica. Un lugar que te hace sentir como en casa.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The bed was super comfortable, the area was safe and quiet, and the host’s communication was excellent. You can tell everything was done to make guests feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again!
