Brand new house located in a private and gated community. Amazing views of the Cerro del Tetakawi and Marina. The house has a big patio for kids with amenities such volley/soccer court . You can enjoy the pool all year long and enjoy family bbq on our grill. Smart TV’s with Sky and Netflix, a bar to prepare your favorite mixology drinks or a glass of wine. A big & open kitchen located upstairs.The beach is within walking distance from the house (100 mt). Pets welcome w/extra fee $60 per stay

Spectacular oceanfront house, views and sunsets

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Casa de Altman is a boutique property located in the Bahia on the waterfront, where guests can relax by the water's edge, take off in a kayak to explore the shores, swim in the pool, kayak, or simply watch the sunset from one of the many palapas. "Casita 3" offers an immaculate two bedroom lower level space with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa sleeper, a 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bath, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom.

Casita Shackleton muy cerca mar

Casita "Shackleton" es completamente nueva y tiene ubicación céntrica pero tranquila. Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de conveniencia, super mercados y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. Alberca lista para usarse.! por el momento la alberca no cuenta con caldera para temporada de frio
